This gym used to be the privately owed by royalty and provides the best facilities in Amman with a touch of opulence. A running track follows a bridge suspended over the main training floor, while sections wind off to more private cardio spaces. A 25m swimming pool and small spa make up the wet area and the lounge, with free wifi, serves food and fruit juices and offers somewhere to unwind.

5 star gym just pay for a membership and you can go do weights and run on the track or on the treadmills if you prefer them and there is huge swimming pool which is heated 24/7 and squash court you can pay for private lessons for a particular sport and children can pay for private lessons swimming squash and boxing and lots of other exercises and sports the place is always clean there are showers and everything you can expect from a 5 star gym

The gym is among the pricier once in Amman, thus attracting the respective crowd. However, the people going there are regular people and not necessarily your typical bodybuilder. The equipment is reasonably new and generally well maintained. The variety is what you would expect. There is nothing missing. It pays to insist on certain services as the staff is not always up to date on what they are actually offering. There is a large number of personal trainers with reasonable rates and an excellent education. The staff on the ground is numerous and always willing to show you how machines work or how to improve your exercise. A definite bonus is the pool downstairs, which is included in the membership. It is half Olympic size and actually for swimming in lanes that are devided and classified for recreation, slow and fast swimming.
The gym also offers sauna and steam steam room as well as a jacuzzy.
Overall a good gym, conveniently located and with an agreeable crowd.

Very expensive gym I wonder for what!! In Europe and some other countries better than this gym costs much less! Or maybe just because it's mixed gym in Jordan!

Omg I love it there make a kids place at tye pool get more money
