Lack of respect, the staff were very ego also the hospital, a very crowded place, you can smell smokers all the day, ISO and HACCP and such certificate are just big lie, they are trying to deceive you by servy and customer service by fake promise

Very clean facility with professional English speaking staff. My wife went on the first night if Eid Al Adha for an urgent medical emergency, and we all felt that she was well cared for. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

This hospital should be shutdown immediately .. I will work on that personally. No sympathy given what so ever. Just transferred a patient to the U.S, and got the patient rechecked here. The report that was given at the hospital in Jordan had no ties period of what the patient examination results are. I have been admitted from last 3 hours in speciality hospital and have high fever and bodyache due to urinary infection. First of all they did not provided me the first class room and m forced to share room with other patient. I am not a jordanian may thats why they are treating us well. I am highly dissapointed. I took my antibiotic yesterday at 1:30 in the afternoon and i was supposed to take it after 24 hrs and now its 5:40 in the evening.they have not even provided a water bottle nor blanket. I am still waiting and when i went to nurse she is acting aa if she even dont know that there is a patient

The facilities are hygienic but not well organized, the ER and the daily surgeries are kind of messed up, in the emergency room you won't even know when it's your turn to enter, and when the doctor writes your prescription, the nurse gets it without getting back to you of which alternatives are better to your condition, she simply decides on behalf of you, not mentioning waiting too long to get it. Didn't like it much!

We took our daughter to emergency @ 11 am and they said you must enter the hospital and from 11.40 _4 pm when they prepare a room . Not good service and you can smell smokers @ night,

I went there for emergency check, the doctor spend with mr exactly 20 seconds.. Check my ears and throat with no infection.. And he gave antibiotics and panadol!!! Simply its just a place to pay money and go home. Overall its clean.

Needs more:
