It's definitely not in the center of the city of madaba but anyway close to it. In around 10mins you're in the center with all the restaurants and attractions. The staff is very friendly, the rooms spacious and tidy but the infrastructure not that good. Means there's not much water pressure and loud ac's.

Budget friendly hotel in Madaba. The hotel is old and tired but clean for a 3* hotel. My tour company booked this for me and I would have chosen a different location. It is close to nothing so consider a taxi if you want to go to a restaurant or supermarket.

Generally a nice and modern hotel. Large and comfy beds with good air conditioning/heating as needed. Staff are friendly and the location in Madaba is fairly central. Bedroom is quite spacious.
The wifi inside isn't great, and the doors can be a bit annoying to lock/unlock, with some places in darkness so you can't actually see the place. The bathrooms are also fairly small and can be difficult to navigate.response / report this review -

Cold and terrible breakfast in the morning (at 9h00), no warm coffee available, totally unattended by the hotel staff The receptionist was very unfriendly-rude when we left the hotel, internet was not working 9 out of 10 times, very slow, swimming pool totally useless, rooms need to be updated. The only positive thing about this hotel was its location. For the rest, I DO NOT RECOMMEND it to anyone! I'm pretty sure there are better options, first and last time I have stayed at this hotel!

The place is well looked after, has a pool but most of all the staff are very friendly and welcoming. There is a restaurant on the top floor with great views and a smaller one with a bar and near the pool. The food is excellent and the chef is great.

Hot water takes at least 20 mins. We complained to our tour guide they told him it was the first they had heard of this. New issue. Yet when we get home it is all over Trip advisor. Stained bedspread and lumpy bed.

Friendly helpful staff Reduced single room rate for those travellelling alone. The poolside only has sun in tbe morning but a great place to relax. Filling breakfast included Omelletes to order! Also away from main street so quiet
