we were booked in this hotel by our agent Trip 500, bragging that this is a 4 star hotel the quality of service would not even pass as a 2 star hotel There was no air-conditioning during our stay for the reason that it was spring and they will resume by april 1, it was too hot when we arrive and we wanted to have a rest but unfortunately it was too hot in the room.. Furnitures were old with broken handles, linens has yellow marks from i dont know the floor was carpeted but it was too dusty, they dont even have slippers. they even forgot to put pillow cases and when the housekeeper came we were asked if when we came there were no pillow cases Do you think we will steal those pillow cases Very unprofessional!!!

Horrible hotel, hated every part of it. Food tasted like frozen food that was just reheated, rooms were old and dusty. The blankets were dirty and there was dust all over the mattress, almost like they swept the dust under the quilt. The shower was dirty and the toilet was atrocious. Simply overpriced and certainly not worth it. Also, we were given a spoilt kettle and despite a request for a new one, we never got it. My sink was leaking. Would've made a great hotel - a 1 star hotel that is. Whoever gave this hotel a 4 star rating needs a wake-up call.

It would almost five star service if they would solve the waterlogging problems in the washroom and offer spicy, well boiled foods. But the Deserts they got were excellent. Hotel staffs are very much cordial and courteous.

Once known as Intercontinental hotel, this hotel was degraded to 4 stars or maybe 3 stars. It is OK but lacks the elegance of the past !

The only good thing here is cleanness. Food is average.
I'm here for almost 6 hrs and I'm fed up with Wi-Fi here. It has range on all floors and but only works on ground floor. Electric sockets doesn't work properly as well.
Staff can speak in English, communication is not a problem.
