Went their to buy a microwave, the sales people did not know anything, didn't find what I am looking gor afterward. I had to go to Samsung themselves to buy the model and color I wanted.

Really nice atmosphere with a vast array of home appliances and gadgets, one thing that caught my attention which is a huge plus is ( almost all items on shelves are priced properly ) and it should be a basic/critical service anyways in such stores but unfortunately most do lack it in Amman.

Good electronics store, but you will find that it is the same products of haidar murad store.
Good in front parking, nice and helpful representatives, i bought a dryer, then i asked for a gift and they said yes, sometimes small gesture makes difference.
Comparing with smart buy you will not find much choices.
Location could have been better, but not bad.
They need to work on advertisement and offers more to attract customers

The staff members are good and knowledgeable, you can get the info you need to know regarding anything without begging for it, they have nice offers every once in a while, and they also make unbelievable installments (same price as cash) if you deal with specific banks, but their prices are extremely high.

Once you walk in,they make you feel like a king. Once you buy something you will start the ass kissing.
No confirmed delivery, they will send whoever there to deliver and install your product " not an authorized or professional person ".
Then poor customer service and you are on your own if your product needs maintenance.
