The worst experience I ever had in my life. I wish I read the reviews before purchasing my air conditioner from them. They will never give you a time of delivery and you will be left hanging and canceling all your appointments waiting for the mercy of a lazy an inadequate customer service. You will pay a lot for a device but do not expect anything in return. I absolutely recommend against smart buy. Go to the brand store itself no matter how much more you might pay, in order to get a decent treatment.

Bad Customer service.
I went there to buy a coffee maker and they convinced me to buy a deffirent brand. The machine had issues and it wasn’t working fine. And when I went there to replace it the next day I felt humiliated from there attitude. The kept it to check on it, five days passed still no response on the coffee maker.
NEVER buying anything from smartbuy again

By far, the worst customer experience I had in Jordan. Bought an Air Conditioning Unit, and they refused to commit to a specific time to deliver it and instead said it will be delivered in 72 hours. It was delivered after 72 hours and I found out from the installation team, that they received the unit a couple of hours before heading to my house.

Furthermore, their customer help is the most unprofessional call center that i had to deal with.

I strongly recommend against visiting this store, and even purchasing any item from them.

Bad shop. I got this laptop from them and there was like this small defect in its monitor. I took it back to them and they .. whatever, long story short: I ended up taking it myself to the distributor/service agent, who in turn wrote a report that I would later take back to Smartbuy and show to them in order to get a replacement. They (Smartbuy) said they had no other items of the exact same type, so I had to pick another one that was of a lower price, and on asking for refund for the difference in price, they said they weren't allowed to give cash back and that I had to take the worth in goods instead. That was, and will ever, be the last time I ever buy anything from that store. My advice for you is to stay away. Also please be aware that there are many better alternatives in Amman for laptop and computer shopping that are literally better than this shop in probably every aspect.. . Don't let the large place or the catchy title fool you, they're really below average.

Miss leading information about goods. Just out to sell . Not understand client's needs.And ones you pay for your items there is no way to get your money back if you change your mind regardless. Very poor customer service. This star for Ezaldeen and Majed for their assistance to solve the problem. This the last time I will vist your store and I wouldn't refer to anyone I know.

It wasn't a good experience! Bad management, salesman give you incorrect answer, just wanted to sell. Can you imagine it has over 1 week to get my newly purchased TV, and I am still waiting for the delivery to be made!!

Return and exchange policy is vague (it says if you are not satisfied with your purchase then we can DISCUSS it!) They didn't return/exchange a steam iron that I bought and used it for less than an hour. Their reason was that it has been used! Then how would I know if it is good or not if didn't try it at home? They would return it only if I didn't use it! Stupid policy and stupid people.

Bad company for delivery and services . I bought Samsung at May then June was fault in fixation and since two weeks nothing happen. I decided not to buy from them any device and recommend other to go to other agent better for delivery and after sales service.

Although there is a wide variety of products, I have found their service to be near absolutely terrible both ethically (highly misleading advertising), tempermentally (very rude staff) and very unreliable with regards to delivery of both the TV as well as the air conditioner (two separate purchases months apart). Wasted two days waiting day and night for delivery to no avail. Staff were unapologetic.
