Amazing, luxury and true relax hotel! Very expats friendly) Almost everything you need and could imagine is included - drinking water everywhere and all the time (beach, water pool , room etc.), free bar in the room, towels and other). Really great and clean area, amazing pool with great view, amazing beach with white and so soft sand. Fabulous music near the pool) Big, clean room with amazing view! Also you get so delicious breakfast with very tasty champagne ! Very caring, attentive staff and guests managers!
Great choice to stay! You”ll never regret about this place! Thank’s this place so so much!

This was the best hotel I have ever had the pleasure staying at. The staff could not have done more for us throughout our stay here, always going the extra mile to make us feel truly special and valued as customers. The room was spotless and continually cleaned by the lovely and friendly staff, the little touches of stocking the mini fridge with complimentary soft drinks was great, as was the in room dining experience which was a delight! The pool was fantastic as was the the private beach. Our favourite experience was the concierge service we received when they fully organised a couple of trips (Petra, Wadi Rum) with exceptional ease, and because we wanted an early start they packed us off on our trip with a pre-prepared breakfast box: Amazing! They offered a truly professional hotelling experience, as in they really know how to look after their guests, I look forward with hope on one day going to another Kempinski because if it’s anything like our experience in Aqaba I’m sure it will be exceptional. Many thanks for making our honeymoon so memorable!

This is a wonderful hotel! The breakfast is delicious, the room very comfortable, and the staff were so friendly! I got sick during our stay and they sent us a personal note with some dates saying they hoped I felt better & to let them know if I needed anything! They went out of their way to be helpful! I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

The spa has no swimming pool or jacuzzi. What is a spa in their understanding, so it's a steam bath for 2 people and the same size ordinary sauna. Oh, yes, there are room for massage. It's all the amenities in the spa. I saw this for the first time. For 5 stars is not serious.

Serviced satisfiedd beyond expectations!Thank you so much kempinski hotel aqaba red sea for a warm welcome.Our family enjoyed for the short time of our stay but surely we will comeback soon.I would like to say thank you for the housekeeping who maintain cleanliness of our rooms,very friendly and polite miss Ivy.

It was a really good experience although we had few trouble at the beginning, but the upgrade fixed most of it. our stay was better than the last time. And will go back again soon. Hopefully it would be even better and better.

It was very nice experience, it could be best option for romantic weekends ❤️. The design and decoration is luxurious, the location is very close to the city center, the level of food & beverage is very good , facilities are clean. Last but not least, staff is so welcoming🙏.

Nothing extraordinary about this hotel, no spa, breakfast is below average.
Staff are quite nice here. It's convenient because it's very close to city center. The beach is OK but very close to industrial area and not that good to swim nor is it relaxing on the beach. The lobby huge and design for lobby and reception is awkward and do not feel inviting.
Rooms are a bit small, toilet also small. Bed is very good and comfortable.

It is not bad to stay here but I would try other hotels in Aqaba next time.

5 stars very well deserved! Best thing was the bathroom with a glass instead of a wall. You can see the sea from the toilet😝

we had a terrible stay here. The whole hotel smelt like sewage. The pools were not heated even though they were advertised as heated. But the worse thing about this whole stay was the manager "eike clausen" he is completely spiteful and unprofessional. The guests were complaining and unhappy about the smell of sewage and he didn't care. My father a 65 year old man told him thank you and see you as we were leaving. Clausens response was "I hope to never see you again." Just wow, how unprofessional and disrespectful and disgraceful for a manager to talk to a guest that way when they have legitimate grievances. Will never recommend this place to anyone as long as mr clausen is in charge. He was also making rude and disrespectful comments about women wearing headscarves.

The Kempinski Hotel is the best place to stay, relax and enjoy, and for sure I will be back. After 5 days in this amazing hotel, the service and the attansion I got from the stuff, the smiles and the good time are things everyone have to experience.

The resort is great for couples or families with kids.. i loved the water sports facilities, beach and pool. The food is super good, the mini bar was filled with soft drinks and water for free 👌 quick room service and there is a sports coffee shop with large screen and bein satellite on the beach

A luxurious hotel with very nice rooms. I was offered a free upgrade from a panoramic room to a junior suite upon arrival. Everything was generally nice. The food needs some improvement though.

I had a very nice stay. The rooms are big and the beach and swimming pools are clean. The breakfast was very delicious. It's close to the city with a lot of shops and restaurants.

Absolutely loved it. Great rooms great prices and great service what's not to love oh and the polite staff just wow amazing. Trust me this is the only hotel worth staying in if you're visiting al Aqaba

I was disappointed, when in the room was torn certains. For 5 stars hotel it is not a level. In general amazing territory with swimming pool and private beach. Very good breakfast. And polite stuff. Room service is slow, we wait our order 45 min.
