Wow that is some rude employee. If this was America be would be fired on the spot. He started yelling at a customer loudly this is Jordan not KSA, i don't work for you. Jordan is very primitive when it comes to customer service, but that is just flat out vulgar and reflects on the poor management that runs this place.

It's a quite small place in comparison with duty free shops at the airports. Staff aren't too helpful either (pretty much passing the time).
Allowances are different if you are just a tourist or a diplomat. So, diplomacy are entitled to get more goods!!! I was shock! They already have so many privileges and astronomical salaries.

Terrible customer service.

After opening an expensive bottle of champagne bought from here for New Year celebrations and discovering that it was flat with no fizz I attempted to return the item for a refund. On the first attempt I was told to come back the following day. On the next day I returned and explained the issue with the faulty product. I wanted for 30min for something to happen I was told no refund or replacement 3 times by the owner. I was also accused of trying to return another bottle and of storing it by a fire. Utterly terrible service and very offensive to be treated like I'm a conman.

After years of buying from here several times while visiting Jordan I will never be going back here as the owner is not a businessman, does not have any sense of customer service and is a coward for refusing to come down and speak to me in person. He just cowered away in his office and would not resolve the issue.

I have no option but to state the truth regarding my experience as the owner would not be reasonable, now $74 wasted on a bottle of champagne that I have to attempt to get back from Tattinger directly.
