The shop is good in general but the reason for the two Stars:
I had a lot of stuff the employees saw that we needed help in bagging and never helped even when the cashier asked them directly.

Can be better organized.
Often run out of things like meat.
Meat section is very slow serving.
Very congested.
Not very well equipped with little things, like cashier staff could not get a piece of tissue when food spilled on him.
2 levels which make it very hard for shoppers to push trolleys up and down.
Difficult to find things.
Staff can be not helpful at times

Hands down, the worst carrefour I've ever been to. Dirty, unorganized and should actually close. The heat in there is just overwhelming and you cannot find anything you need. Ended up just leaving. This review was upon my visit today.

All just fine except:
1. The meat section must be organized with numbered tickets to be controlled by a qualified supervisor. Generally speaking the section is almost run by the individuals.
2. The vegetables section is not to the (minimum) standards. Ever since Carrefour was opened, & vegetables are still same if not worse. Personally I don't by vegetables & get my needs from others.

2nd biggest Carrefour branch in Jordan after city mall one, two stairs of everything you need. Daily deals are there, nice staff, big parking space available.

It is big and they have 2 floors, one for food and the second for home and cleaning items. There is makeup products too. But carefour stores in general have a week pricing system, you can't know exactly the price of each item.
