Smelly plumbing in the bathroom, disgusting breakfast seems days old, but big rooms.

Wow - thoroughly impressed - as an Australian tourist travelling into Jordan I was more then welcomed and nothing was a bother . The chefs were a delight to chat with at the buffet breakfast and was happy to teach me some Jordanian slang 👍really appreciate the kind nature of the staff they also lent me a power adaptor to charge my phone etc. great clean facilities also

My hotel stay here has been very pleasant so far. I booked 16 nights here and i am 8 nights in. It is not common to find a strong hot shower in Amman, but this hotel definitely figured that out. Taking a shower here is like treating yourself to a spa. The staff are so friendly, almost too friendly lol. The hotel i stayed at before i checked in here was Geneva hotel, the staff there was very rude and knew absolutely nothing about customer service, and you can google Geneva Hotel Amman and read my experience there. Im glad to say my stay here at Sulaf has been nothing like the bad experience i had at Geneva. If you want a pleasant stay in Amman without paying way too much, stay here. It is best to call the front desk and even negotiate on the price rather than booking online. Great Hotel

Not a bad hotel, enjoyed our stay. Great rooms. Food buffet style was often just luke warm, no bar as this is a dry hotel. The seats are exceptionally hard to sit on at reception area.

Very modern clean hotel with spacious bedrooms. On the first day there was not enough seating at breakfast as the hotel was full and guests were coming at the same time for breakfast to depart on their coach. Reception not that friendly or helpful. Otherwise I would have given them 5 stars.

Beautiful rooms with massive beds, everything is very clean, the breakfast is awesome! The restaurant staff are very friendly (front desk not so much but they will still help you)
