The momrnt we check in the girl ms. Dana was awesome and frendly. But ! There is i guess a male housekeeping supervisor who argue with me in the room about a box of Tissue . I was asking if i could have another box since i have spell a juice in my luggage to clean up.he said no wer giving only one evryday and this is already 500 fly so no need. 😂😂😂😂😁😁 imagine argueing over a box of tissue while we will be staying 5 long days in an executive suit room 🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂
Second since we been to a lot of places in our tour we didnt manage to have a laundry in the tourist hotel .we send our cloths to thier laundry .but unfortunately all my white shirts and blouses becomes dirty white and filled with stains. To think that we paid 97 jordan dinar on that laundry ☹😠😠😠 only to ruined my days and ruined all my new cloths if only i knew. 🤔
One nite at 12 midnite my hubby call the reception about the A/c conditon to atleast we can adjust .someone from the reception said yes ok somebody will come and show us how.
But then again my husband fell asleep in the sala leaving the door open.but unfortunately no one come .at 2 a.m i wake him up and let the door close 😠😡😡
In 15 days biblical tour i rate amman jordan 5 or more than stars.but in Tilal al Madina all i could say is .alhamdullilah. thank u but no Thanks.
we could have good and comfortable suit hotel and treatment and staff are well mannerd in other hotel.with good price and good location

I enjoyed my time in the hotel
Friendly staffs and great service
Very clean room
I give the hotel 10 out of 10 for anything you ask for
I do recommend it to all travelers to Amman
Any time I will plan a trip to Amman I will no stay any where but here

Accommodation was excellent but food is avoidable. Would give a one star rating for the food esp since it was always served cold

Hotel is clean but the appartements are missing a lot. Two bedrooms with three beds and only 2 knives, spoons, coffee cups and plates.

عندما تجد مميزات الفنادق الكبرى على اصغر الامور موجودة بشقق فلا داعي للبحث.
ازور الاردن اربع مرات سنويا من افضل الأماكن التي سكنتها

This place is very new with friendly reception. It is not in the city center but there are shopping malls & restaurants around the hotel. This place meets european standarts. I can recommend to stay here.

Just opened, nice facilities and staff, new area of Amman.
Hotel is few month old so everything is still nice and working. Staff was friendly and helpful. Some malls, shops and traditional restaurants nearby. It still feels too expensive compared to many European cities. With quality of construction is so poor in Jordan, many things will be broken unfortunately in a yearresponse / report this review
