Even its 4 stars hotel but nothing there.. rooms are dirty and dusty.. .. very very old.. empty and not nice looking at all Even u dont find a cup to drink water.. Cattle to got hot water.. internet connectivity inside rooms is disaster kids pool is very dirty there is no direct beach Photos of the hotel. Is significantly trap.. Its not as real at all.. .. u have to walk for 10 minutes to reach grand swiss beach and there u will realize that u have been accommodated in a trap.. i dont recommend

Worst meal and personnel service. Normally wifi near lobby is not available or overloaded. Terrible food and breakfast service. Old-fashion rooms, TV only arabic language. No cups, no beverages on breakfast and dinners. You'll have to fight for the most demanded food like meat and beverage. Lot of drunk Russians till midnight neat the pool. Disgusting place

Very nice resort you can access More than one pool there are lots of restaurants an a mini market, and they have a shuttle bus that you must mack reservation at the reception and it's Free, free mini bar,wifi, parking good breakfast

I have stayed two nights here, the hotel is about 19km far from downtown so you need a car to bring anything from the shops or market, pools are good and well oragnised, beach is good but you have to walk about 10 minutes to reach it and it's shared with another hotels and it's closed after sunset. The only downside is the room style, it's not 4 stars in any meaning, old CRT TV, below average bathroom and no attention to the details. Breakfast is fair but not as expected from four stars hotel. Parking is free and easy to find a lot. Pool view rooms are more expensive. Staff are good and cooperative.

Clean. Not modern at all, bathroom smells, breakfast is such a chaos, everything is running out (food, coffee, cutlery, glasses) and it takes forever for them to resupply. Also it's in isolated sterile zone where locals can't enter so if you want feel of the country you'll need to go to Aqaba.

Good hotel. Could be more clear, but ok. Acceptable food. Really quiet. Not the best location. You should walk 5-10 minutes to the beach or wait a hour for the bus to go to the city. It was nice to visit, but I don't see any reason to come back

IT was great and wonderful stuff and amazing hotel with an awesome time in grand Swiss beach 🏖.. All thanks to Mrs Mohammad al momany "hotel manager" and to Mohammed asfor" restaurants manager.

Here is often no wi-fi in rooms, only beside reception. ~5 min to get beach. Beach is pretty clear, bur too many sharp stones in the beginning.

The hotel knew better days and needs serious renovation, some of the staff are young rude boys (one of them is about 15 years old) and they were hitting on the girls!
The most annoying thing is that we needed to order room service 2 times Knowing that only 5 hotel rooms were occupied the second most annoying thing were the garpage cans (attached images), they were full of food for 3 full days and no one bothered to clean them off or empty them while the cats and flies were everywhere around them!response / report this review -

Had a great one night stay over here. The pools are great and so is the breakfast.. beach access is a 10 mins walking distance but it's a private beach on talabay. Over all, it was a very nice holiday

Very bad service

Staff not trained
Dirty rooms no towels or tissues.
When When they brought the towels they were old and useless.
TV very old style.
At the arrival kept me with my kids waiting for one and half hours for the rooms to be done even i arrived at 3:30 and got the rooms at 5:23 they did not apologized.
I will report this place to the Jordanian Ministry of Tourism to re-evaluate it, because it is not worth the word of hotel.response / report this review -

Physically the hotel is good: good sized rooms, good pool, but we went all inclusive and the foot is not good. At best it is lukewarm but most of the time it was cold. There was not a large variation neither, so if you do not like chicken

The service at check-in was dreadful and staff were absolutely useless. They kept us waiting for over an hour even though our room should be ready and did not apologise or bring us a drink. The guide on our tour had to complain for us and fed back to the tour company that it had not been up to their usual standards of accommodation that we should have been staying in. The place was almost exclusively full of abnoxious Russian tourists who behaved particularly disgracefully at the breakfast buffet. One guy got drunk whilst sitting by the pool in the, took offence when he mistakenly thought I was looking at him, then came over to my table and starting angrily shouting at me in Russian. The fact he didn't speak English and that my Russian was limited to some very elementary phrases only enraged him more. We didn't really feel very comfortable here during our 2 night stay. The rooms were basic for the price and the free wi-fi was pretty flaky. Aqaba has better on offer. The only positive is that it was a short walk to the beach, from there you can do some pretty amazing snorkelling right off the beach. I would recommend looking for better nearby.

We got stranded in Aqaba for a night and got a room in Marina Plaza. The hotel is lovely, and the buffet awesome. It was a bit of a struggle to get attention from the staff to get our drinks, but other than that, our experience was great. Careful with the drinks, the price may be very deer indeed!
