Employees very friendly, very helpful, especially receptionist who answered the phone very professionally and gave accurate direction. Also during transaction very helpful. Highly recommended.

I called them to ask about a specific order and the girl from customer servive was clueless and unhelpful , her tone was rude also if im calling for a request or a general question when it comes to what i want to get fedexed and the " help "- ( customer service that is ) is obnoxious then i wont be asking you guys to handle my delivery , and i took it somewhere else where they appreciate their customers & answer all their inquiries without tones

Totally unprofessional! Three weeks the package is in Amman with no communication whatsoever from FedEx Amman. No phones are picked. No emails are replied, once they answered they gave me the wrong information about the package! This is the worst Customer Service in the history of Customer services, I never ever do this, as I have no time to write complaints. But this was just irresistible!

Worst service is difficult to imagine. Incompetent, unprofessional. They make unbelievable excuses and lie outright, one employee contradicting another. Avoid them at all cost.

Everything was quick, they delivered package to Malaysia in 3 days. Though the service is a bit pricey.

I couldn't believe they returned my urgent shipment back to USA without even trying to call me!!!!!
I was tracking it when arrived to Amman Thursday at 5 pm where no one picked up the phone at FedEx office and they returned back at weekend time Saturday morning whiteout any notification!!!!!!

Looks to be a very poor service provider. Working hours stated in their website from 8am until 10pm. I just called them around 5:30pm today the answer machine said their working hours from 8am until 6pm! And no response!
Seems they leave at 5pm!

Worst customer service ever, I had a package that went into customs and in the same day I instructed FedEx to to complete the process and they said 4 days, while other companies finish it in one day, and till now it has been over 12 days and they did nothing.
