No baby changing facilities, bathrooms are dirty, F&B selection poor, showers all "under maintenance", staff not helpful at all. One tiny elevator servicing the entire floor meaning long queues both entering and exiting. Not a pleasant experience at all.

The service and food are great but the club is aging poorly. There’s not much alternative but hopefully an update happens in the upcoming years.

Great views of the airport, good fruit selection, tons of seating. There is a bar, but it's sparse - beer, red, and white wine. You're in Jordan though, so its presence at all is pretty great.

The only downside is that power outlets are very few and hard to find. But you're probably flying in business and will probably have an outlet on the airplane.

Not with the same level of nearby countries.
Plus the place is nooo comfortable, very old furniture and sooo noisy.

Food is below average, and always the same.

Shower rooms are not free 😏.

Many times prefer to stay waiting my flight other place.

when I was there in end of August 2017 the showers are closed for maintenance .
AND I was there again on 26 Oct 2017 and they are still closed.
SHAME ON YOU RJ.
You spend all that money on clever social media and marketing, but can't keep a business class shower open - and can't fix it in 2 months..

2 toilets I went into in the lounge were obviously not cleaned properly for several days
The airport and lounge look nice but details like chipped tables and power point covers not there or not fitting make it clear that nobody really has a responsibility for keeping this place looking good.

The available area is large with various seating arrangements. There are refreshments coffee tea and a small but decent food buffet. Good view.

Sadly, the newer lounge in the old terminal was a step up from this new terminal lounge. Positives - lots of seats, good food, good views. Negatives - zero family facilities, customer service is woefully bad, showers are 11jd.

Terrible staff and subpar bathroom. Asked for a shower (cost $16) and was given a dirty towel. Was subsequently told that they had no other towels. RJ and lounge staff couldn't care less and wouldn't help.

This is absolutely terrible. The airplane was late to board twice in a row, the food was stale, the seats were not properly cleaned, the beverage cart came around three times on a fifteen hour flight, the bathrooms were always wet, and the leg space tiny even for economy class. Would not recommend this airline to anyone.
