The worst hospital in Amman. Amateur employees, poor service, very bad, small and crowded patients rooms. Old and ugly waiting areas also if you wanna have a cup of coffee from the cafeteria you'll have to wait more than half an hour due to the poor service and employees, if you have any kind of surgery you'll also have to go up and down so many times to do the tests while using three elevators poorly maintained and one of which is already broken. After all of this what shoked me the most is the arrow they draw on my father's forehead to indicate which eye they are working on before the surgery . I felt like they are treating him like an object not a human being, his doctor should have studied his case and prepared him self and his crew for the surgery without the need of drawing an arrow on his forehead with a sharpe.
