Bad service, general sloppy attitude, unprofessional behaviors at all levels. And very bad English translation for so many signs inside emergency, which gives you really bad impression on the qualifications of the staff and management.

The building is a little bit old, the medical equipments are probably not up-to-date, their parking lot below the building is very tight, but the humanitarian treatment you get there is the best I have ever seen in Jordan, the medical staff are way too good, they don't treat you as a subject, I really like this side of them, that's why it's always one of my top hospitals.

This hospital is totally hopeless, and has very bad quality, unqualified staff, unsatisfied service, lack of management, poor security, and shortage of material.

I don't recommend it at all for anyone.

good hospital, i really like it because its near my home.. if you ever need to use the labratory, ask for a discount, you'll get about 15-20% discount on your total bill youre welcome :)
