Reasonably priced and ideally located hotel in downtown area. Helpful desk staff.
Will be even better when the roof top area reopens

Nice, clean hotel. Nice room w ac. The breakfast buffet was not professionally presented.lack of glassware, plates, bowls, seems like no one was expecting people to use these items as the morning progressed.

Very nice hotel. Clean and with perfect location. Very helpful staff.

When booking ask for a room not facing the main street as it may be loud.

Water leaked into the room from Bathroom. From evening onward till dawn only one man is there in the Hotel for reception + room service + whatever. Though the charge of the Hotel is very high, the quality of service is not as per that high. Art Hotel Amman has the heaviest Keyring of the world. So does it ensure that guests deposit the keys in the counter as they go out ?

Breakfast could be improved, not huge variety, otherwise clean and tidy. They had few hair dryers in case it was needed on reception.

Centrally located hotel with clean bathrooms. Budget friendly and apt for those who prefer to check out the city through the day and want to get back to the hotel only to crash. The owner is very sweet and friendly and ensures that you have an excellent stay. He guides you to check out unexplored places around the hotel which would give you a non touristy feel

The breakfast was really bad (lack of food, constantly waiting for the receptionist to replenish the dishes, bad coffee), there is no hairdrayer, if you are in the top floor during the weekend the restaurant next door wil not leave you sleep until 00.00. The beds are made by double mattresses for some reason and uncomfortable. Another annoying fact is that the owner of a tourist company is donwstairs waiting for the guests to ask some information, just to offer very expensive service and to make you feel bad if not taking them(up to 50 dinars for a trip to Petra and, of course, the receptonists will not help you to rent a car if you want to do it if the other guy is in front of them) . In the positive side, the location if the hotel is great. Very close to the Roman theatre and the Hashem and Jaffra restaurant (very famous for their local food). The hotel is kind of original inside for its paintings and the receptionist are nice.

Hotel has a great location and nice employees. The room (201) was a bit old. (Curtains, shower, Paint on walls)

The breakfast was fine, there were around 8-10 different thing to eat.

My partner and I arrived to Amman later than expected and wanted to find a cute place to stay, excited as we were when we found Art Rest & Cafe it did not meet our expectation based off other reviews. When we were looking online to book we saw a terrace overlooking the city, perfect for a relaxing night. We made our way here and went through the booking at reception and asked twice about access to terrace. With strong emphasis on use of the terrace, after backpacking for 6 days we were looking forward to this! All said and done, we unpacked and headed down to inquire what floor was the terrace access point, we were then informed that it is under renovation and is closed. The same person who checked us in, spoke fluent English made direct eye contact and understood exactly what we were asking. After discussion with the staff and no resolution or answer as to why he told us it was available, we headed out for the night. As frustrated as we were, backpacking and spending over our budgeted amount for our 21 day trip it was not a good experience here. Breakfast was included, coffee, tea and water refill station. After breakfast the water station was for use of only staff.

Really had hoped for a better experience here at Art Rest.

Perfect place to stay. Rooms are clean and bathroom are clean too. Air con is working and you also have a fridge in your room. Road is noisy so remember to ask for a room on opposite side. Breakfast is Basic.
