Quite place out of Amman city , near air port

1- Many things are Dirty including floor, carpet, washroom, lamps, walls. Hair is everywhere.
2- Smelly room.
3- Sluggish bed sheets.
4- Pillows are not comfortable.
- With little attention to these things that do not cost money, they can improve a lot.
+ On the bright side, it is close to the airport.

Only if you don't have any other options. Hotel is old, expensive for what you get and really bad maintained. Staff is correct, but not even specially friendly. The only good thing is that it's close to the airport and they have frequent shuttle bus 24h.

Don't go there. Worst reception I've ever seen and the nastiest on the front desk. Unbelievable!!! I went to drop off my grand mother and they told me I can't walk her to her room period. I told them I need to go like 2 min and leave to make sure everything is ok to get her to the room. They refused and started saying we can't until the manager allow u to I said it's only 2 minat end I left. It's the lady in front desk and the guy who carry your luggage. Worst service and hotel I've been to. Save your money and stay in Amman and take a taxi directly to airport.

They overcharged us, and the clerks pocketed the difference. Rude service. they called my wife crazy when she mentioned the increase in price. I do not recommend this hotel at all. had I had a little more energy from traveling I wouldn't have settled for this hotel.
