Price was acceptable. Great location and view from balcony. Also the stuff can make for you tasty Turkish coffee :D
But the furniture is really old and should be through away to the garbage dump. The conditioner made odd noises and didn't chill the air. It also should be through in a dump

this hotel is very dirty, towels were not proper, there was hairs in the bed and in the shower. They also organised a noisy wedding in the spaces reserved for clients ! it was impossible to sleep. Wifi was not worling, electric plugs too. The floor was very dirty, furniture was used and broken. Definitely not worth the price. Very bad experience.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, the prices are fair enough to the quality and the location of it is very strategic.
    I recommend it.

Staff was nice. Other than that the hotel is dirty and very old. Definitely not worth the price. Go to Toledo instead.

    Dear ladies and gentleman

I spent one week in the Abjar Hotel in Amman. It was the worst stay in a Hotel since I am able to travel. The first impression was kind of okay. But after a time it turned out to be one of the worst places. Let me explain. In the beginning I was asked if I need Wi-Fi, which everybody does in 2016. So I got a room next to the Wi-Fi-router, which was hanging down the ceiling in the hallway on its power cable (the connection was really bad also). You have to be aware, that in this hotel it is a non-secure connection to the Wi-Fi which allows everybody to see what you do online. But I will come back to this topic later. I almost had no toilet paper, which was empty at day 2. Thankfully I brought one by myself, because I waited for a refill 2 more days! I had cockroaches in the bathroom. When I was washing my hands or taking a shower, the water couldn´t go down the drain. So while showering I had to stand in feet-high water. Also in the sink it was a mess for example after shaving my beard and the smell out of the drain was disgusting. I complained about this of course. But they said they started to fix this problem in the 4th level, are now in the 3rd and after my stay all the other levels will be done. The bathroom all in all was in a very very bad condition. It was molded all over the place. The shower curtain was more than old and really gross. I really don’t want to be angry or bad in my writing. But this is my honest experience and I was asked to write a feedback. The air-conditioning was not working at all. It made noises but the cooling effect was not there at all. The fridge in the room was also very loud and not very clean, what was not that bad because I only put water in the fridge. My blanket on the bed had burning marks from cigarettes so I decided to sleep on my towel I brought from home. It was warm enough in the room because air-conditioning wasn’t working anyways. The flour looked like the last vacuum cleaning must have been month ago. It was really dusty and dirty. And at the end of my stay something happened where I thought of calling the police. I drank 2 beer and I surfed on pages which Muslims obviously don’t respect (they could see my online history in the office. a boy from room service told me!). So on the next day, while I was at breakfast, room service came into my room. When I returned my room wasn’t cleaned at all. But my notebook was opened and somebody put a Quran at my keyboard. When I came back this really upset me and freaked me out. I felt watched and very insecure. After one hour the room service boy came back. So I asked what this is all about. Like many in the hotel he barely could speak English and only told me repeatedly “It´s good for you”, “it´s better for you”, "allah will help you". It totally freaked me out. It was my last day though, so I didn’t complain because I am in a foreign country and I didn’t know what to do about it. But this was definitely too much. I am a paying guest and they don’t have a right and also no reason to open my notebook and try to force me into their religion. This was just not right (which made me thinking of calling the police). And now about the breakfast. It was okay, but every single day it was the same food. They didn’t even put off the plastic wrap, I had to do it every morning by myself (I was obviously every single day the first person to have breakfast, but I really got up early every day). All in all I highly not recommend going into that hotel. This experience is not made up or so. This is my honest experience and I am so happy to be back home. Though I have to say that many hotels in Amman are in very very bad condition. If I compare other hotels in the same price category it is an okay-hotel. If you only need a place to sleep and a little breakfast it is okay. But don’t expect too much. I will never ever go back there again. Never. This is my report of the Abjar Hotel in the Ar-Razi St in Amman.

Three stars hotel .. that provides you with 3 stars service.
Rooms were not that clean, parking is hard to find and hot water wasn't there all the time.
For making a party, the hygiene level wasn't satisfying, DG is good, pictures were bad and food was in between.
I didn't hate the experience but it could be enhanced with some hard work from the staff
