Amazing rooms, real room service, modern bathrooms, very comfortable and clean beds, excellent ice cream, great cappuccinos, quiet rooms, professional staff, nice venue for weddings, and the brownies are actually cake that has good intentions.

If the only negative is the brownies, it's a good hotel and the price is right!

Very clean, free breakfast. Very cold pool. There is an odd sewer odor that wafts through the rooms. We've experienced 6 different rooms. Each with a random stench occasionally.
I'm nicking the stars because the gym has Boy/Girl hours. You cant use it until after 2 pm if you are male & you have to use it in the morning if you are female. I'm sorry, but if you are a hotel, you probably have global customers.
