Nice place to chill out and eat seafood. You get to chose the size fish or lobster and how you like it to be cooked. The only annoyance is the constant visit by vendors trying to sell you something.

Only problem was that the food took long. Otherwise I love it there. I recommend this place for all types of fish and seafood to eat. Dine-in or take-out by the seaside.

A must visit! Awesome selection of fresh seafood prepared to order. The staff is so pleasant. Rustic settings is truly Jamaica. Located right on the beach, you can go for a stroll, swim, or sit and enjoy the sunset. Be sure to support the local fishing village

This spot is ideal for a seafood getaway. Important note if using Google maps please choose the spur tree Hill route. The other shorter route has horrible roads non in some spots.

Little Ochie was always the place to go for seafood, but for me personally the service and quality has fallen tremendously from where it was 5 to 7 years ago.

Let's talk about the service first. On arriving there was no real greeting from the staff, you just have to know what to do. The staff seem to have not been properly trained. They are disorganized in getting the order and we find that the order usually has a mistake when the food and drinks are brought to the table. It's probably good to note that the order is typically taken before you are seated. Nothing in particular is wrong with that, as you usually get the chance to select your fish or lobster. I say they don't get training as because it's not as if they are awful it's just that they have particular habits we don't expect from Restaraunt staff.

The facilities are a bit run down and require some amount of refurbishing to improve the feel. The bathrooms are in pretty bad condition and needs to be addressed asap. Now on to the food.

To not seem to over critical, the food is still the pull for many people to come to little Ochie. Although not quite what it used to be it is still pretty good except in some cases. I would recommend the Jerk Fish to anyone who wants to try something spicy and the Lobster in Garlic sauce for the shell fish lovers.

I believe with some improved training for staff and some serious renovation of the facilities, this place can become a top spot to visit.

I've been here many times and I've always had a good time. The roads to get there are not the best, but that's the least. Depending on where you drive and the time you go, you will get some beautiful views of St Elizabeth on the way there and you will Drive through some hidden communities. Once there parking will not be a problem, there is generally enough spots. When you go in you will be greeted by one of the chefs who will guide you to the Refrigerator where you will be able to pick the fish you want. You will then tell the chef how you want it done (streamed, fried, roasted or jerked). He will then weigh the fish and give you a paper to carry to the cashier where you pay. After that you go and walk the beach or sit in huts made from boats. The chef will find you when the food is ready and he will also bring drinks for you if requested. TIP- please show appreciation to the waiter/chef by tipping him(at least $ja500). Pictures of my food are attached. Go and enjoy yourself, you will not be disappointed.

If you are looking to experience real Jamaican dining outside of the comfort of a first world sanitized all inclusive resort, take a ride to the south coast and enjoy the best in Jamaican seafood. The curried lobster is to die for.

Good for fish! Right by the water front choose the size fish you want and tell them how you want it prepared:
    Fry fish
    Steam fish
    Jerk fish
    Brown strew fish

    Relax with friends and family.

Right by the sea in as romantic and calm setting. Lovely fresh fish made to order so you may have to wait but it is worth it. All at a good price. A bit ramshakled and not easy to find though worth persevering.

A wonderful seaside restaurant where you can enjoy various types of seafood. The setting is very romantic at nights as it is situated beside the Caribbean sea on Jamaica's south coast. Food was great, music fine service fast.

Love the place and the food is excellent. However it could do with some renovation. Also the food is done to order so it takes a long time to get the food after ordering.
