  Watch out for the money hungry owner! First of all, the place was advertised as located in Ocho Rios but it's about 30 minutes outside of the area. It has no shops, restaurants, or anywhere close to enjoy the town. You need a car or make sure you have hired transportation. I finally got to the place and the outside and inside both villas were beautiful. I went inside and realized they were not as advertised which I expressed to the owner, who in turn told me he has gotten the same feedback but he's unsure why it keeps happening. The places had nothing in the fridges, not even a bottle of water, one fridge wasn't cooling, one of the sink in the bathrooms did not have any cold water,
  etc. So, now to the money hungry owner. He wanted his money right away and told me he preferred cash, he refused to allow us to leave after a day because of the inconvenience, instead he offered to cancel the reservations which meant all 8 of us would have to find somewhere to go at 8pm at night. This jerk also had the balls to tell me there's a $500.00 damage deposit that wasn't advertised anywhere. I cannot stressed to everyone the importance of watching out for this guy by the name of Keith. We hired transportation the next day to get us food and ended up leaving the villas after a night. Stay away from this place if you don't want to get SCAMMED.

  The area is beautiful. The apartment I stayed in was nice, energy efficient and clean. The area is very active and lively. While I was there they had several barbeques and one wedding. I didn't take advantage of the pool area but it was clean and available.

  Very nice Villa, on private property 24 hour security 3 bedroom 2 Babs air conditioning in each room Wi-Fi internet is excellent washer and dryer microwave gas stove very large living room area dining room area for 6 people, on property has a swimming pool exercising room and a play area for the kids. The Villa is very comfortable and it's like staying at home.
