Economic. You get two beds (queen sized beds) in the room quiet and complete.

We come to verney house with a group of 40 every other year and they are always very accommodating and the service is excellent. The facility itsself is excellent as well, beautiful view and excellent service.

I really liked this location. The check-in lady and the guard was nice. He helped me hale a cab the next morning. The Wi-Fi is awesome. The guard mentioned that there was a bar that had soda, but I didn't see it nor ordered anything.
I stayed here a few days ago, and at that time, they where charging $69/night. There was two queen beds, and one twin bed. The room was really spacious. The bathroom was nice, and the shower was spacious also. In the shower, there was a short ledge where you could sit down. I'm assuming it's for older people, or for people who can't stand for long periods of time. I don't remember the hotel being wheelchair accessible.
I would definitely stay here again the next time I go back to Mobay.response / report this review -

Rooms were dusty,the furniture was old ,staff did not know if they are coming or going. Wifi was not available in room and if there is a power outage you will have to sleep in heat bacayse the generator only powers the outside lights. Frankly this place needs a make over and new management.

Verney offers lovely accommodations with a pool and gorgeous views for a delightfully low price. The one catch is that getting to it involves walking up a steep hillside road with no sidewalk and heavy traffic.
