Stayed here about 10 times
Rooms are great with breath taking views. Exchange rate is poor. Customer service at front desk is poor, it's in close proximity to the airport and the town and all major shopping areas.
Parking is somewhat limited depending on time of year.response / report this review -

It was great for me.The staff was wonderful! Very nice facility!..A great getaway!.Look forward to visiting again! The rooms were very welcoming.made one feel right at home..all the amenities one could hope for and of course the fact of being near the water makes it that much better..even the locals in the area were pleasant. Can't wait for the next time!

I go here quite frequently and I always have a wonderful time. The view is spectacular, it is about 5 minutes from the airport. It is quite cozy and I feel secure at the hotel. The location is very close to shopping, it is a great tourist area.

I love the view. I had a birthdAy party 4 my son and he really enjoyed his self the look on my sons face gave me a great deal of satisfaction. Staff were attentive to my sons need I felt like I was at home.

I loved it. The rooms were very clean with a beautiful view I enjoyed the pool and my balcony. I stayed for A week and i would pay every time to stay there when I'm in the area the price wasn't bad at all neither

Absolutely pathetic service. The most unfriendly people Montego Bay has to offer. I strongly recommend spending your $ elsewhere.

The view is AMAZING & the location is very convinent to travel to everything. On the contrary, I only came in contact with one pleasant staff member. The floor is covered with ants and the pool is out of service. My fridfebwas not even plugged in. When I asked for towels and wash clothes I was told that extras would not be ready until this afternoon. I checked in yesterday morning, How are there no clean towels available!

They have done a lot of updating, it's quiet and comfortable my room had a good view of the bay. I would stay here again the cats were ok but the ants are murder. But hey its the tropics so get use to it.

Stayed here many years ago for just 1 night. Hopefully they have hired better maids. The floor was filthy as was the view of trash from our room.

My husband and i stayed here for a week. It is a nice clean place without the frills. The staff is very sweet and helpful. If you are looking for 5 star accommodations, you need to go to a resort. This is a very affordable, comfortable hotel with a friendly atmosphere. My husband is Jamaican so we didn't need to stay at a resort. We loved coming back to a clean room after long days of being with family and friends.

It's a wonderful place and it's strategically located. It offers a wonderful view of the sea and part of the Hip Strip. It's very close to the centre of town so that's a great bonus.
