Room management is a big factor at this small hotel. The pool is quite quaint and always clean, they clean it every morning. They do have a private beach which is great with entrance for persons who stay at the hotel

The grounds are run down. The halls smell bad and the elevators will make you scared, but inside my studio was nice. The home association needs to fix up the common areas.

Hotel is in between a budget and the mid-level hotel. Staff is excellent, and are courteous and friendly at every passing. Openly and willingly answer questions about residence as well as area in general. Security is good as well, with a lifeguard at the pool, as well as key cards for doors and a main gate with a guard tower. Rooms are nicely furnished as well, but fit and finish suffers at times, specifically with things like peeling paint on the ceilings, as well as some staining here and there, some trim wear in the kitchen and bathroom, and what at best can be described as an on-off switch for a water temperature control for the shower. There were two brief issues with the electricity as well as the aforementioned hot water, but staff was very helpful in resolving them very quickly, but this brings me to the summary here, that Turtle Towers delivers on most of the necessities and fit and finish you would expect from a mid-level hotel, including price, but falls short on the details necessary to becoming a top-level hotel

The condo we use us always clean and tidy. The appliances are what you would expect to find in your own home . Hot water, cable and ac to your comfort. Beach access is a few steps away. We always enjoy our time there. The area is secure.

I enjoyed the proximity to town. The pool and grounds are kept up very nicely. The security was on at all hours. The "private" beach was definitely a plus. I think it will just depend on the condo that you rent of what your stay will be like.

Great place to stay. Private beach right outside the hotel which is accessible by only key card access. Across the street you have island village which is about a 3 minute walk with tourist stores and restaurants. Great location to the stay. Safe area with security. Clean rooms. And great overall the price. Would reccomend it to anyone who does not want to stay in a resort and prefers to stay in the city like myself.
