Visited the Samsung store. I didn't get his name, but a customer service rep there was on point! Shout out to you sir! He had great advice and knew all about the devices and accessories in the store. I bought a fast charger by the way. Trust me when I say I've bought a number of "original chargers" elsewhere and none felt as sturdy as the one I now have after paying for it with my spleen.

When you go to this store you feel like its more than money your spending because it must be something more valuable based on the type of service that you recieve straight top notch more than one rep tried to assist me in getting a shoe I was looking for I described it they found it in another size and gave me a print out with stores that had my size keep up the good work.

Tropical Plaza offers a Sagicor multilink ABM, electronic stores, fashion stores (Lee's Fifth Avenue is amazing: try to accidentally leave your credit card at home or you will be in spending like crazy), and jewelry stores. I like the not-too-busy atmosphere. Nice place to shop.

As a Plaza goes it has many stores for convenient shopping. Stores for electronics, furniture, baby supplies etc. If you're trying to find food there's a food court, cafes and other restaurants to feed that hunger. Located in Half Way Tree's central area, so if you're driving or taking public transportation it's really accessible.

Great plaza for shopping for a variety of things. Always clean and has great parking space so you don't need to worry about parking and it also well lit. However, there is no security post so vehicles coming in and going out are not monitored.

One of my favourite shopping centres in Jamaica. I can find all I need plus food (which is priority at all times ) There is ample parking and a wide variety of stores to shop and/or compare.

Referring to the Samsung store located in tropical plaza:
It is a comfortable place to look at their designers and did good work, but with respect to work, the prices of their articles are very high in addition to increase more when they include taxes, my experience lived in place where you spend 573 usd for a phone that started give problems after three months of happy buying because I had confidence that it was worth having spent that money with them and not in other places where the same phone model was cheaper, when I presented the phone with the guarantee they sent me to another company that works for them to repair the phones where they have a bad service they told me 7 days to have my phone back they passed 9 and I had not received a call I went to the company and they told me to come back 3 more days passed the 3 days and still No information on my phone I call on the phone and they always told me a different story come to me to introduce me to speak with the supervisor who never appeared offended I left of the place without answer, without knowing what to do call Samsung company where I had bought the phone to give me an answer and it was that I solved my phone, I would not return to the place for nothing spend more time and money than you enjoy the service of the place I would not recommend any person to go back and buy in that place. They would only waste their time and money and enjoy a bad experience in case their phone gives them problems.

It's ok. The plaza isn't heavily trafficked because there's little here, as far as I can remember, that u can't more easily find elsewhere. The only good things here, in my opinion, are Payless and the much too2 expensive Proactive Lifestyle

A nice variety of businesses located here: Flow, Digicel, Huawei, Samsung, Pharmacies, Jewellery stores, Payless, Clothing stores, Technology stores. It's pretty good to walk the mall and check them.
