  One of the top plazas in Half Way Tree. Has a good variety of stores to choose from and also comes with an average size parking area.

  The Springs mall is not very huge and conveniently located between Constant Spring rd and Eastwood Park rd. We went there to check it out and and shop and was pleased. It has a good variety of stores and services as they advertised. Not too crowded as expected because it also has the bus terminal nearby.

  I was delayed entering the Plaza from the Constant Spring Road entrance as there was an overflow in the drive thru line for KFC. This needs to be addressed as it affects traffic flow.

  Parking can be a dilemma most of the times but the security guards are quite helpful. Not a wide variety of stores to choose from- KFC, mother's, A-Bar, jewelry store, 3 bookshops, payless and a bunch of clothing stores
