  Staff not welcoming or helpful. They sat in group at a front table talking, and ignored me completely. I had to interrupt their conversation and the dirty look that I got from one woman in the group spoke volumes. Without getting up, one female pointed to where the merchandise I wanted was located. I couldn't find it, so she eventually got up and pointed to it.
  As I was leaving, I noticed a tile session. Again, no one noticed me browsing the area and had to call for help. One third of the floor tiles on display were discounted.
  The cashier was non-verbal throughout the whole transaction. The only reason I gave Total Hardware 2 stars is because the sales lady that eventually helped was pleasant though very laid back and the security guard (woman) was very observant and open the door for me in and out.
