The place is clean yes , they follow protocols yes , however the staff aren't that friendly , you have to approach them and sometimes you do they some of them have attitude , i think some of them are prejudice ,you have to look a particular way in order for them to offer good customer service .

If you expect good customer service, this is definitely not the place for you. I have been with the company (at a different branch) as a customer for years and have been in good standing all throughout and one round of interactions with the individuals in this branch turned me off doing business with them completely.

Courts has always been a nice place to be in. Ever since i was a child i always liked going into Courts stores. The service is nice, the floor staff is friendly and courteous. They have a decent range of appliances, some top brands, good beds, sofa sets, and mattresses. Some of the dining table sets and center tables are also decent.
