Hotel and everything associated with it was phenomenal. Only complaint was at checkout they tried to toss a $200 private ride on our bill for a ride we never took. If I didn't take a look at the itemized list we would've had to pay this. The front desk asked if we were sure we didn't take the ride probably 3 or 4 times skeptically. They eventually let me checkout without having to pay for their mistake, which was a relief.

Aside from the hotel being almost 2 hours from Montego Bay. (Airport), my experience was great. Pictures did not disappoint. The hotel or should i say the theme and the atmosphere was different which made the experience for my boyfriend and I more romantic and special. Pleasant staff.
My advise for anymore considering a stay is to reconfirm the amenities that are and are not included in the stay because there was some misunderstanding and no transportation to the hotel. Gladly however we called the hotel and arrangements were made.response / report this review -

Spacious room, although oddly placed shower that could cause you to trip if you're not paying attention. It was a fantastic place to relax. It's a small place, so no fighting to get a lounge chair. And hammocks! Gorgeous sunsets, friendly people. I got to swim with the owners' dogs, Rosa and Ozzy. They were adorable! And as soon as you get in the water you see coral and all kinds of colorful fish. It's a gorgeous underwater world, just a few steps away. The whole trip was a great getaway.

Quite noisy. Very close to the road, near constant truck, motorbike, and beeping taxis. White noise machine provided didn't help much. Bed sagged to the middle, pillows were very lumpy (replacements were as well). Outside areas and views were beautiful but noisy (traffic). Windows with screens could not be opened as blocked by bedposts, lamps, and a TV.

Gorgeous retreat situated on the cliffs of Negril. Beautiful combination of sea and garden. Excellently maintained throughout. The staff is very pleasant and attentive. Open air spa is strategically located to lend privacy while exposing you to the sights and sound of the sea.

My husband and I stayed at the resort this thanksgiving for 8 days. Every room is a minute walk to the ocean front bar with sunset views. Easy access to the ocean, great snorkeling, saltwater pools, delicious food and drink. Loved swimming with Ozzy and Rosa!

Our son & daughter in law surprised us for our 50th Anniversary with a weekend. The hospitality was awesome! Everyone would great us by name. The food was some of the best we have eaten in Jamaica.

The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The room is very spacious and you I can tell that it was built with high quality materials. The staff are extremely friendly and warm. They have sand and cliffs, so you don't have to choose. The salt water pool is a great idea and very refreshing. The owners will join you at the bar for a drink which is awesome! And I can't forget my personal favorites, Ozzie and Rosa who make appearances all over the property. My wife and I have found our summer vacation destination for years to come.

Great resort for couples. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. Massage here is awesome and gets the knots out. You can rent snorkels, recommend washing it again, and swim right off the resort. There is no sand beach off the resort because the resort is on a coral beach and it was great for snorkeling. It was amazing! There were a lot of tropical fish right off the resort and it was like being in Finding Dory. (And yes! There was a dory type fish there but no Nemo) the only grip I have with this place is the high prices of everything. Food is not cheap and we miscalculated how much cash we needed. The restaurant in the resort was amazing at times and sometimes it was really off. Bring enough cash to tip and pay for some activities. Many places don't take card. Mosquito repellent is a must. Ask front desk for it. There are some cool places right outside and if you are looking for an authentic Rastafari experience one is right across the street called I-n-I. Don't get it from the resort staff, I-n-I has better quality and are great hosts. Food sucks but other services are great and they have delicious fresh juice. A small grocery store is near by so you don't have to pay $10 to go to Hi and Lo overpriced tourist trap. Go out and take a right and 300-400m down and it will be on the left. If you take the car service from the resort they are expensive. $25 for a round trip to the beach. Only 2 miles away. That's another thing, the place seEms isolated and it cost a lot go go anywhere. You can walk it but the drivers here are crazy and you risk your life just walking on the street.

Excellent facility, meticulously maintained grounds and every bite of food was simply divine. The staff are friendly, especially the dog Rosa! The only downside is that the resort feels isolated from everything else in Negril, there is almost nowhere else to go without paying for a taxi, and other than swimming and eating there is really nothing to do on site. The Spa is great to visit, just be sure to arrange entertainment elsewhere.
