  I've only had drinks here really good venue for that, outdoor setting by the pool #dope.. for a group of friends or datenight would be perfect.

  They just need to improve on there customer service. I think it could be better. Apart from that it's an ok spot.

  A nice bar located away from the bustle of Kingston, tucked away in the grounds of the Mayfair Hotel. With the option of several outdoor areas as well as the air conditioned bar, there is also the choice of food from a grill on the grounds(but run separately from the bar.)
  
  Don't expect fast service, don't expect your food to be hot, well presented or seasoned properly and definitely don't expect to get said food soon, especially if you are hungry.

  Great place to relax and chill with friends and family. Great prices for drinks. Food can sometimes take a while but if you aren't starving and not in a rush is not too bad. The wings and fritters are a great choice

  The ambiance is very good. It's one of a kind.
  The food taste very well cooked. Taste better than most other top restaurants. You can even eat beside a pool.
  
  However everything becomes sour when i think about how long u have to wait and the lack of simple courtesy.
  
  I ordered my food at 10:09 pm and received it after MIDNIGHT. When i ordered they said 15 mins then after that they said 20 mins then 15 mins then "Sir, I dont know how long it will take to finish. We haven't even started one of ur orders yet".
  They did not give u any courtesy peanut or soup or anything to munch on while u wait for ur food. No courtesy drink either.
  
  They r not flexible They did not even allow us to ssubstitite rice for potatoes or something else in a case where the young lady could not eat rice.
  
  They at midnight they told another set of guys at a different table that they have to stop drinking and leave because the bar is ready to close These guys spent a lot on drinks that night. What kind of bar/business deals with a spending client like that???
  
  I would have given them a 2 stars or even one but everything ordered tasted so exceptionally nice and the ambiance was so lovely that i could not feel good to rate it below 3 stars.

  Food and customer service is horrible. Food takes over 25 minutes to be brought to you and that is if you are lucky
