First time having Indian food. It was simply delicious. Will patronize. I was thoroughly impressed. Perfect spot for lunch and or date night.
Great place. Customer service is good. Food is exquisite. The bathroom was a bit messy but still great place to hang and chill.
The food reminds me of my Grandma. The service is first-rate and the bartenders very accommodating, especially since I want tradition alcoholic drinks sans alcohol 😂. Always an absolute pleasure dining here And the experience is even wonderful when it's take-out.
Great South Indian food. Pleasantly surprised to have the authentic taste. Courteous staff. Nice ambience.
Amaaaaaazing. I never would have thought Indian food was this good! And their vegetarian menu is huge and as a meat lover, I missed nothing! The ambience is just great and the Indie music in the background really sets the atmosphere
The food was excellent though the service was a little slow. They served water in a metal goblet which I really liked. Food came out hot and stayed hot. It was my first experience with Indian food and it has left me wanting to return for more.
Notable to me: the bathroom was clean, the staff was efficient and polite though not very friendly.
My favourite place for Indian and Asian infused meals in one place. The staff is great and the bartender makes a great mango lassi among other cocktails
My favourite Indian Restaurant in Jamaica. Great selection of main courses and an Asian Fusion menu is available
You really can lose. The customer service is usually pretty good, the ambiance is decent, and the food is great. There are many different and interesting food options on the menu, great for both dining in and take out. My personal favorite is a fish tikka masala and a cheese nan. Extremely flavourful and well prepared, also an interesting vegan options is the water chestnuts. Vegans should also be aware that some dishes are prepared with milk/cheese but can be substituted with/ or chose a dish with coconut milk. Just let your server know. My critique of saffron is it can be a bit pricy at times (in comparison to other Indian cuisine options in Kingston), compared to the portions and depending on the staffing I find the service to be a bit slow at times. But I can definitely say I've never left saffron less than satisfied and smacking my lips.
Customer service was ok, food ok, sencery ok, it could have been more but I guess I will have to go a second time. Go try it
Excellent service, tasty meals, great prices
I enjoyed my food, but others in my group had complaints, some stronger than others.
The service was lackluster at best, during a period of slow business. I have had better experiences here in the past.
Great and tasty Indian Cuisine. Good atmosphere and a wide variety of options for both meat lovers and vegetarians.
Amazing food and service at great prices! Please do yourself a favour and try it.
Good food. Good atmosphere. Customer service, while not bad, could be improved. For example, I ordered take out and overheard a waiter saying 'den a dat dem did a wait pon?' in reference to our sitting and not saying anything to him
Amazing Indian food with great ambiance
Great food, great service! We have NEVER been disappointed with the food here. Both the Indian and the Asian Fusion menus are excellent. if you're a foodie who's not afraid to try new flavors, i definitely recommend this restaurant 100%!
Excellent service! Catch in on the lunch menu specials when you can; they run from 12PM - 3PM
Good food attentive bartender but servers were not as nice.
Great place for good indian food and quality time with friends & family and staff is pretty good too. Has both indoor & outdoor seating.
Excellent food and service. They have two menus that you can choose from, the Asian Fusion menu and Traditional Indian Quisine menu. There is also a good selection of wines and other beverages (alcoholic and non alcoholic) to compliment your meal.
You can usually get seating, even without a reservation and it's a great place for a family or a date. The restaurant is centrally located at the Marketplace on Constant Spring Road, which is minutes away from Half Way Tree.
Reasonable prices for large portions. I always have leftovers to take home when I eat here. Food is delicious too for the most part. Indian and Asian fusion cuisine available, 2 menus in the same restaurant, but the menus are terribly long!
