Service is ok and personable. Doubt though if this is for someone above a certain obese level.

I had laser hair removal on my chest, The results were amazing, only a few hair left , i was advised i had to wait 6 weeks because of the growth cycle to come back and laser the small hair left.

Well I came here and did my breast lift it was AMAZING customer service was great my results are amazing I absolutely loved it plus the cost is very reasonable Going back for my butt lift

This place is a dam scami paid $15000 to have laser hair removal , and my face is worse than b4.first to comment IPL IS NOT FOR DARK SKIN (this mean its not for caribbean people) bcos of our ethnic groupnext this woman have no manners she was so polite to when taking my $15000 and after i started then treatment then she is such a nasty person doesnt know how to deal with her client in a professional way.I dont recommend anyone to go there bcos she lied to me about they banned laser in the uk and thats the biggest lie she could tell customer to scam ppl out of their hard earn cash.If any one need a good hair removal plz dont visit this place cos all u get is burns and make matters worse.now am with Dr Yap and its the best thing ever!!!👌.iI couldnt allow u to destroy my face any longer.PEOPLE THIS PLACE IS A BIG SCAMgo do ur research IT DOESNT WORK .ITS JUS ABOUT TAKING PEOPLES MONEY WITH LIES AND DISRESPECT.PLZ GO TO SOME REPUTABLE PLACE TO GET YA'LL LASER HAIR REMOVAL DONE!!!.SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM cant say it enough guys u have been warned👍

First of all am sorely disappointed in this service. Cassandra greets you well on the phone but as soon as she collects your money and you receive round about your second treatment she is no longer interesting in her client. Very pooooor customer service. First of all the waiting area is a big turn off, very hot and the chairs are uncomfortable. persons have to be standing.
Reasons why I would not recommend no one to your service:
1. The place is a mess, and should be demolished
2. You passed on your employee to do the procedure on me who has no experience
3. when I arrived 5 minutes late you told me that i am lucky you are still there.
4. Your employee is afraid of you for some reason..lol
5. YOU CANCEL THE TREATMENTS THAT I HAVE LEFT BECAUSE I RESCHEDULE TWICE BECAUSE OF THE INCLEMENT WEATHER. BUT YET, WHEN YOU "CLAIM" YOU FLOODED OUT AND RESCHEDULE ME I UNDERSTOOD.
6. I felt you are very deceiving to your customers and this is my worst customer service experience ever. you took my hard working money that I saved for the treatment and at the end of the day NO RESULTS WHATSOEVER.

Not aesthetically appealing at all and the service is poor. I did laser hair removal on my chin and I got burned. I did 12 treatments and the hair are still growing.

I said it was OK because what I had expected was not a small office so that surprised me. The waiting area needs better seats, customer service wasn't bad my treatment was explained to me so that I could understand. So let's see if my scar appearance is much improved

I am absolutely pleased with my results..been struggling with facial hair and now my stress is over..i would highly recommend this placenow am doing my cellulites on my legs and so far so good..my legs are looking much better and am only on my 6th session..

This place is an Absolute mess, it struggles with financial Issues and certainly lack of compensation/ respect to their workers, and my Service was terrible due to how this lady (Cassandra) treats her Employees and customers. I think their Business should be removed and demolished and their work permits revoked! I wouldn't advise any young worker/ Trainee nor Professionals to employ their Skills at this place, I personally highly do not recommend this place of Business for service.

I didn't even make it to the actual location. Customer service is everything, let's begin there. Called to get some information and got hung up on. To top it all off, I thought the call was disconnected in error and therefore called back only to have her hang up on me again! If over the phone she is like that, what happens when she is actually delivering a service you're actually paying for?
