A quiet community situated about 6-10mins drive(depending on traffic) to Spanish town the nearest town area. With easy access to 2 gas stations (Featherbed Lane and Willowdene) , restaurants, a gym and other facilities so a resident doesn't necessarily have to go directly in town to get stuff done

Houses here quite breathtaking to look at, however, it's plagued by local thugs from time to time who thrive on breaking into houses & hold ups.
