A really convenient store or superette on the main road for a quick stop for snacks or other things that otherwise would not be possible if there's time constraints.

It also serves the community very well with well stocked shelves that would encourage many persons to come and patronize.

I'm not sure sure if I remember anything about a public convenience being there. Otherwise, it's an ok spot.
