The service is slow and the staff have no sense of customers service, especially those who are in the customer service section. Be prepared to spend the whole day whilst they drag there feet, absolutely atrocious!!

Be sure that when you go there you have no plans for the next 3-4 hours or you're almost guaranteed to be late. I won't even speak about customer service. This one star represents the one bright spark there, who happens to be my friend.

The persons working in the motor vehicle registration and titling area if i got that correctly needs to pull their socks up. Customer service is the worst I've ever come accross. If you wish not to perform your duties simply quit. The unnecessary attitude is disgusting and this is coming from a prospective teacher. Step up people step up!
