If I could give zero stars I would. Had the worst experience at this branch. After having my card stolen by one of scotias atms had to wait for over two and a half hours only to interact with the most unhelpful, unconcerned employee. Needless to say I did not end up getting my card replaced.

Wait time is excruciating, not enough seats for customers, AC turned up so I my bladder almost exploded and no restroom!!!! How can a baby not have restrooms for its customers.
