  I always enjoy stopping by Soldiers Restaurant. It has good local food, already prepared & hot. Prices are great too! Average price per meal is only $500 JMD or about $5 USD. Outdoor seating is limited, but most people get theirs to go. Its just a quick taxi ride from the cruise ship docks and well worth thr ride if you want great tasting brown stew chicken, rice & peas, steamed fish, and calaloo. Didn't have room left to sample the delicious looking desserts.

  The selection, value and quality here up deh! Expect to get your plate overloaded too. I get the same great flavor no matter what time of day I go there.
