Modestly priced for no frills clean & safe overnight stay. Free simple small brkfst included that suited me just fine. Juice, coffee, eggs to order & toast.

RESTAURANT REVIEW
Went there for an evening out for the girls. We were a small group so we didn't need a reservation. Within 7 mins we were seated outside. We ordered and appetizers came quickly. The potato soup was more like a broth than a thick cream soup that I was expecting. Entrée was delicious; curried shrimp pasta and parmesen cheese chicken. The chicken was merely fried chicken with a bit of powdered parmesean on top of pasta.. again not what I was expecting. Desserts were good, our server was also polite reception was good. I recently dined here for Restaurant Week and the experience was a very good one. The food was good and the service was also very good. At the time of my visit the Hotel was being renovated and as such I am unable to comment on the rooms. The property however appeared to be secured and well kept. The hotel is located in a good neighbourhood in close proximity to Jamaica House and Kings House aside from the Hotel's Restaurant, TGI Fridays and other restaurants are in walking distance with Ligunea being 5-8 mins drive away.

Very confusing check-in process, took over 2 hours to sort out pricing. They quoted a price by email, but once we arrived at the hotel, they would not honor the quoted prices. The rooms also smelled very musty, and the images online do not represent what the rooms really look like.

The location is great for a hideaway in the city away from the Kingston hustle n bustle, they don't have a pool so yea that sucks, food tastes great and the staff is very courteous. The room is quite satisfactory could do with some upgrading though. Apart from the fact that there's not much of a view to look at through the windows the quiet surroundings make it a sort of relaxing place.
