Pretty good. Would have been better if they had a better orientation at the start as to what's included in the stay. Staff at the restaurants were slow. Had an awkward situation when a staff person helping us asked for a tip when there was supposed to be no tipping (we did not even bring cash based on this rule).

Just had a great week on holiday in Negril. Beach is fantastic, water was so so warm and a ton of water sports to play in the ocean. Food, gained 5 pounds enough said!!! Must try the pizza at the beach, so delicious. Staff is so friendly, Kendra at the Bayside restaurant was so cheerful every morning it set your tone for the day. Shout out to Magic Mike always made you laugh. Clean and well kept resort. We meet a lot of people and everyone says hello as your walking around. The beach washrooms could use an upgrade, that's about the only thing I could say in the negative. Beach, water, staff, food awesome. Lots of security super safe. Just go!!! Jamaica no problem😊

Sandals is the best choice for all inclusive adult only vacation, scuba, water sports, 7 restaurants,and many pools. The beach was perfect, mellow waves so, quiet. I enjoyed our staffs friendly style and ability to keep everyone happy. Thank you

Okay, so a few of you might say I'm missing the point of a vacation in Negril Some might say that it was the storms that occurred before we arrived that caused the problems, but it's my review so read if you want to. The Good: Beautiful location, beautiful facilities, great drinks, and mostly good food. The not bad, but not good:. We paid for a Butler suite, one of our Butlers (they have two to split the time) was Christopher. He was pretty darn good, attentive and thought of our needs before we did. The other Butler was slow as good be. We would order some drinks or a snack and it would be 45mins to an hour before we got them. Additionally, our room had terrible wifi, it only worked on the balcony. I took a peak at one of their WiFi access points a d you could tell why, very very poor installation. Now for the Ugly: we picked Negril because it was supposed to be the best beach. Once you got 10 feet into the water you would not find beauty but you would sink into this nasty mud bog like stuff that stunk to high heaven and caused a rash. I MIGHT go to a Sandals again, but wouldn't go back here I think ever.

This resort is amazing, but what made it even more special was our scuba instructor Delroy Clayton, aka Josh. He was so carasmatic, energetic and excited about diving. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient while teaching us. His passion for diving was contageous. It was our first time diving and while it can be intimidating, having Josh as our guide, we both felt so comfortable. We knew we were in great hands.

I will most defiantly go back to this resort. Not only for the great entertainment, food, beauty, and service, but for the great times we spent with Josh and the whole Aqua Centre Team!

Thank you so much for all the amazing memories.

Went for our honeymoon spent 6 days 5 nights. Lovely beach front view. Things were lovely. Food was OKAY not as good as expected (for the price we paid).

Me and my wife just did a 5 night trip to Sandals, Negril. Had an absolute blast! Best vacation experience I've ever had. If you don't have a good time there then there is no hope of you ever having fun again. Staff and locals are friendly. The entertainment guy Jordini is great and will try to get you to play beach volleyball everyday (was reluctant at first then had an absolute blast and looked forward to playing everyday) the security guards, the lifeguards, bartenders, the omelette lady Kay-Ann, the food and room service people everyone there is friendly! Do excursions with the water sport guys scuba, snorkeling, ski, tubing, paddle boarding, private boat rides to Ricks cafe etc. the two sandals guys that took us out and showed my wife and i a GREAT time were Ricardo and Elaire. They went way out of the way to show us a good time and hit it off with both those guys! So much fun. Can't wait to go back!

I wish I could give it more stars! From the moment we walked into the hotel, we were greeted warmly by the staff and the resort peacock (YES A REAL PEACOCK) named Henry. Our bags were whisked away and we were given Champagne. It was needed after the very long hour and a half drive from the Montego Bay airport. Our stay was AMAZING. We attended a friends wedding and the staff went all out. It was professional, Clean and the most beautiful views ever. The entertainment keep everyone lively and tipsy (Shots for every right answer during trivia). I would more than recommend Sandals Negril to anyone. Please note that this is a no kids resort and VERY ALCOHOL FRIENDLY!

We went to Sandals Resort in Negril at the end of February and it was amazing! We had our own consieare and our room had a two person tranquility tub on the patio as well as a walk in shower and whirlpool tub in the room. We were just a few steps away from the beautiful white sands beach.
The staff is fabulous and they make you feel like a long and queen while your there. We had 5 different restaurants, water sports, games and billiards too. Every night there was great entertainment. We would have NEVER needed to leave the resort but we wanted to see Dunne Falls. People say Sandals is a little more expensive but I say you get what you pay for and it was worth every penny. We will be returning again some day

My husband and I had the greatest week of our lives together in Negril for our honeymoon. Our favorite part? The locals! Yeah mon great people. Jamaica is amazing and Sandals Negril is the place to go for an unforgetable all-inclusive vacation.

Absolutely wonderful!! Got married at Sandals Negril in 1992. My husband and I have been back four times already and we just got back from celebrating our 25th anniversary in Jan 2017. The staff went above and beyond and the accommodation was superb. Wonderful resort, beautiful people

Needless to say we will be back!!.

We had the Beach Front Caribbean Roomperfect!! Steps from beach and perfect size room.
There are so many things to say about this resort; which, are all positive! But the most important were all the staffwho were there to make sure you were comfortable and Happy!! Our favorite staff member was Ian Gayle-Supervisor/Manager at the Bistro..Ian was remarkable!! We ate supper at his restaurant most nights and was exceptional, he certainly pays attention to detail, food was delicious and Ian made, us and others, feel special. In fact, Ian actually had a special meal prepared for our last night in Negrilhe truly is excellent at what he does for Sandals. He is the main reason why we would return to Sandals!! Other notable staff members were, Olaire, Aquatic Staff Member, was nothing short of Awesome! He was always making a point of chatting with us each day and was super during the Snuba excursion. He made our vacation with his personality and never ending jokesvery cool guy!! Vanessa-works at the Bistro also..she is just a doll! Photographers, Steve, No Fail Dale, Jermaine were excellent. Mackare, Concierge, was such a gentleman and was always making a point of making us feel right at home. He would always take time out of his day to say hello and make sure we were looked after! Averdan, front desk, was most helpful when we spoke with him. Last but not least, our room sterwart, I think her name was Nicole..omg, she decorated our bed each day with the most beautiful designs..flowers etc..and our room was always perfect! The resort it self is beautiful, beach spectacular and the food is exceptionalI am very fussy, and the dishes were better than at home(Canada)Already looking to book in September 2017 for a quick get away and to say hello to staffand of course, have supper with Ian at his restaurant! The only thing I regret, is not getting my picture taken with Ianbut will next time :)

Perfect Week/Excellent Service-Thanks Basil and Daron! This was our first all inclusive experience and it exceeded our expectations. We visited June 13-17. Our room included butler service and this is what made the trip! Basil and Daron were our butlers and were absolutely amazing! They anticipated our needs and were always two steps ahead of us. From last minute dinner reservations with the best tables to reserving us the best beach chairs each day complete with a cooler of drinks they really did make the difference. Our room was nice and the housekeeper was friendly. She kept our room in pristine condition. The Spa was awesome too. The food was amazing all week, we were impressed. We dined at the Sundowner on our last night and it was excellent. Oshane was our server and he was exceptional! We had a great time and will visit a Sandal's resort again in the future primarily based on the service we received from Basil and Daron. Outstanding!

Just got back from my honeymoon with my husband. We were there for 11 days. The resort is absolutely beautiful! We loved the playmakers. They had my husband, Mo and I, up dancing every night or playing a fun couples game. We made so many friends! Richard the playmaker was always so attentive and included us in everything for the entire time we were there. The atmosphere, food, drinks, people were all amazing.
