Hotel and staff are awesome absolutely no complaints. Our butlers killed it on everything we needed. My only complaint was first arriving when we were hearded like cattle. Just a lot to take in after a long trip. Also would be awesome if the buses had a cooler of beer or something of that sorts since the trip to the hotel gets long. Otherwise beautiful facility, happy outgoing staff for the most part (you do get a few crabbys but maybe I caught them on a bad day), activities galore. I definitely recommend!!

This vacation was to good to be true! The food was great, the service was amazing, and the resort was absolutely beautiful. I would recommend this ten times out of ten. Great people and a perfect vacation with my amazing wife. Ya Mon!

Fernando & Kayan were absolutely amazing! I'm sure the other butlers did wonderful for their perspective guests, but we certainly lucked out with these two beautiful individuals. What a team!!

Nice villasI stayed in one that we shared the pool with one other couple but I never saw anybody in any of the pool. To be quite honest they were on the chilly side. The villas come with mini bars a small kitchenette, a small sitting room and a nice big bathroom and a huge bed with alittle outdated furnishings but still very comfortable. If you're looking for a romantic quiet getaway, these villas are great, they're not that expensive and their's a very big property within to do nice dining, swim in other pools and also cross the main road to go to the Ochi Grande side wgere things are really happening. Enjoy😊

Outstanding accomodations and service. We had a villa with a private dipping pool and hot tub. We also purchased the butler service. It was a great experience.

My wife and I spent our 26th Anniversary here and it was very disappointing to say the least. We had the Romeo and Juliet suite for 8 days and 7 nights with our own private pool. First off they say it's 24/7 personal Butler service -not true. Beware many nights the service stops at 8pm. They also claim that you can order from any of the many restaurants -not true. When the Butler isn't available all you can do is order from room service just like any other room. Next they say the Butler suites are stocked with all premium liquors -not true. We had to argue with them about getting some premium liquors which took 2 days to arrive. They also claim that this is a 5 star resort - not true. The 11 restaurants are average 4 star at best other than the French restaurant which is about 4.5 stars. Stay away from this resort or get the cheapest room possible and don't be fooled by phoney commercials which over exaggerate. In my business we promise less and deliver more and with sandals ocho they promise more and deliver much less. Very disappointed! Will never go to another sandals in our lives.

Our butlers, Jeremy & Richard, were awesome, they helped make the stay great and were great at providing just the right amount of service to make the stay perfect without seeming intrusive. All in all we had an excellent vacation!
