UNBELIEVABLE!!! ALL INCLUSIVE! BEAUTIFUL LOCALE!! GREAT FOOD!!GREAT SERVICE!! ENDED OUR STAY WITH A MASSAGE AT THE ONSITE RED LANE SPA!!! JNICOLE AND DONETTE WERE AMAZING!!! GOING BACK NEXT YEAR!!!

Quite an amazing pool there! Always very busy, great pool bar. It doesn't compare to the Ochi pool on the other side of Grande which I thought was alot livelier. Hop on a shuttle bus and go to the ocean where you can get the best of both worlds. The ocean and the Ochi pool!

The service is great with dive crew especially being great along with Shelley and Javada the playmakers. Best thing is that everything is included, no tips needed at all. Food is superb with good portions and if you want more then just ask.

I can't say enough good thing about this place. It really does become a home away from home. All of the staff are awesome. We stayed in a butler villa with Samuel, Ricardo, Michelle and Suzi-Ann. Our favorite driver was "the flash". Derron at Kimonos entertained us. Shanice, Shelley Ann and Lacy Ann made sure our room was spotless every day. Mama and all the staff at the Rabbit Hole kept our drinks full and entertained. We will go back just for them.

The most beautiful place I've ever seen!! The clear blue Waters is why I chose Jamaica and it exceeded my expectations. The staff here goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, safe and to make sure you have a good time. Never a dull moment at sandals ochi beach. Always a show to enjoy or just lay by the beach and relax! The playmakers are so awesome! Javada got us up having fun and making memories. Oswald at the great house bar knew exactly what we wanted when we walked up. And I believe his name was Nodelle at the water sports, he took us sailing and sang to us in the middle of the ocean You can't get this experience anywhere else!!

Very nice. Had a great time with plenty of things to do and service was exceptional.
Butler's Patrick and Julia were the best. They made our vacation the best and we wanted for nothing as they were always one set ahead of us. They both deserve a 10 .response / report this review -

Great service. Warm and professional staff. Premium liquor. Great food. 90+ pools. Good entertainment. Peaceful and relaxing surroundings. Well appointed rooms. Love is all you need!

The staff is exceptional! My husband and I loved all the playmakers. Javada and Gerine were two playmakers we saw the most of. They made our stay eventful and more enjoyable. They are keepers for sure!
Even though we could take the shuttle bus to the Riviera, which is on the beach, we much preferred to stay at the Great House area. My husband and I can't wait to go back!response / report this review -

The beach is good, lots of space. The service at a couple restaurants needs improvement. We waited over an hour for jerk chicken and coleslaw.
