  Leaking roof, pillows that had seen much better days. There were days that there was no water in the mornings for a shower. Not to mention the most disgusting thing, the plumming which had overflows from neighbouring room flooding and blocking my room and others. Cats on the dining table and in the kitchen. The staff did there best but the attitude of the owner left me disgusted and puzzled as to why he continues to own an hotel when he cares nothing for his guests whom he continuously tries to PIMP off. He is shameless in his behaviour. I have visited San San Tropez on many occasions over the years in fact I normally enjoy my stay there due to kindness of the staff who have taken very good care of me and through everything continued doing so, however it was often difficult for them as it was clear they were not being given the tools in which to keep the hotel at a decent standards. I was on Bed & Breakfast there were mornings that I had to provide my own breakfast as there was no food. I also had to be subjected to the owners personal issues and mood swings due to lack of personal fund which was more information than I required. I left San San a very unhappy guest and after 7years of being a loyal guest I would not return there for one night.

  I'm staying in San san Tropez now and the customer service is very bad.
  They have a cat running around the the dinning area.
  The bed makes noise
  Table cloths is a mass
  And customer service is the worst
  Never coming back to San san Tropez
  No start

  Had a rustic vibe. Got the Passion room which was verrrry nice! Liked that they had a nice pool and trampoline for a little fun. What drew me to it was the close proximity to Frenchman's Cove (literally across the road) and it's relatively inexpensive price.

  Poorly maintained room. Tv and cable remote didn't work. Horrendous water pressure. AC didn't work but staffed switched the room. Staff is great and very accommodating , i.e. To our early breakfast request. Just need to fux the place up and please add towel hooks or towel rails in the baths. That is a basic amenity that is lacking. Overpriced for what you get.

  Good location and grounds but flying red ants infested our room. I was covered in bumps and sat up all night with the lights on. Owner dismissed my claims and blamed the rainy season then blamed me saying I wanted to leave! Nope - an infestation where ants covered every surface is different than the occasional ant. We moved to an eco resort after and had no issues. Also, "Free" Frenchman's Cove passes didn't work because they did not renew their contract yet failed to tell us. Air BnB is aware and I will be contacting the Jamaican Tourist Board. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Only got money back for 1 of 3 nights. This was our honeymoon btw. Won't be surprised if the owner responds in a rude manner to this review.

  Decided to change my star from a 3 - 5. Don't know why I gave it 3 to begin with. The owners are very accommodating from the get. The food provided was simply delicious and made fresh. They are simply amazing. Willing to get us everything we need and what they do not have, they are able to point us in the right direction.
