Rondel village is very nice and comfortable. Great staff. Great food. Clean rooms. Right on the beach. A/C worked great. And beautiful gardens. No problem!

Back in 2010 our stay at Rondel Village (garden view - across the road from the beach) was ordinary, nothing special about it. We felt safe though and, with the December temperatures, the jaccuzzi at night was welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the basic amenities were in operation.

We had access, my wife and I, to the beach and that was cool literally because we went there early in the morning when only a few folks were there. The beach side actually had more excitement than the garden side of the resort. Whether you want to relax in peace and tranquility or get involved in the beach life and the excitement, you know which side to choose. As for us, we always wanted the peace and quiet which is primarily why we take these trips.

Excellent place to stay 5*. So friendly & lovely atmosphere. Staff show that nothing is too much trouble. Restaurant is really good & tonite there is a steel band whilst we enjoy fantastic food. Love this place!!!

I give this place 5 stars cause of the people. My 5yr old son got sick the first 12 hours he was here with a cold he likely caught just before arriving. When I say the staff and owners cared is an understatement. They made arrangements for a doctors visit, asked every time we saw someone how he was and what we needed. It’s amazing the level of attention they gave my family. It’s also a very nice, clean, tasty, fun little family resort. Doesn’t have a slide to a swim up Bar - but has everything I want in a vacation spot. Thanks - we will be back!

Very good. Front desk workers were pleasant and very welcoming. The room are very clean and nice. Every thing works well. Jacuzzi and pool very clean. Very good choice for a staycation

Words can not describe the beauty of this quiet exclusive get away in Negril. The customer service here at Rondel is exceptionally outstanding. My husband and I wanted to get away for a bit, and to our expectations, this place always went over and beyond, to make sure my Husband and I were accomodated. The rooms are very nice, clean and cozy. My husband and I are not big commercial resort type of people, we are more organic when it comes to booking a hotel away from commercial, Rondel village gives you an abundance of Quality service. The food here was amazing. So if you are thinking about getting away some place quiet, unique, and Gorgeous, please check this place out, and experience paradise. You will be right on the beach, if your room permits you too, we were blessed to stay on the side where the beach is located. However if you have to walk across the street, you are still fine, it not far, it's a walk across. I'm going to definitely make Rondel my home when I visit Negril in the future. Thank you Rondel Village!!

Stayed in room 39 and got over 70 bed bugs bites between me and my wife. They said sorry and still didn't get rid of the infested beds. Stay away if u want a good night sleep

Intimate, full service resort right on the beach in Negril. Been staying at Rondel rather past 4 years when in Negril for Reggae Marathon. Really comfortable, recently renovated rooms. Reasonable restaurant on the beachgreat location for breakfast and to watch the sunset at dinner.
