Nice, clean and cozy, however at 9pm front desk staff are all gone, which sucks if you need something after this time. There are no phones in room to communicate with the front desk so you always have to walk all the way to the front if you need something. We didn't eat here but food looked and smelled nice and was definitely more affordable than most places along the beach. I would recommend staying here.

The room was great, but the food was not so good. Cheeseburger wasnt cooked & the meat looked old, dinner the shrimp was rubber the pasta was oh k. Next day breakfast took 1hrs & half to serve to guest that been waiting for a while we were hungry so we ate but still disappointed.

The best deal I found in the 7 mile beach in Negril. Great service for a good price. The pool is great and is very close to the beach.

The food here is reasonably priced and good. The view is spectacular, it's safe. The rooms are a little small, that's OK as you're hardly in there.

Fun, and friendly atmosphere. The hotel grounds makes you feel like you are in an exotic rainforest. Bartenders are great , food was super, can't beat the view. Great time!

Nicely laid out clean grounds with all amenities needed for a peaceful relaxing stay. No noise polution not even from the neighbouring properties, however much can be done to the reception area and to motivate the staff to be more welcoming. There was only one lady attending to all the needs of guests having breakfast. She was obviously overworked. Groundsman needs to be appropriately attired. Rooms very basic no mats, mirror or painting and towel racks tissue holder absent in the bathroom. A gem in the rough.

Rooms Need to be updated. Was there for a wedding and needed an ironnever got it. Limited staff.

This place doesn't even deserve a star, but because of Tracey the front desk agent the checked us in, I'm a give them a star. Tracey was oozing with personality. Room was OK if u don't mind cracked walls. Food was horrible and servers very rude. I won't recommend it if you are looking for a getaway.

Brush up a bit on the cleaning of the rooms. See if anything can be done about the water marks on the furniture. Apart from that it was pleasant staying there. Also limit the cats.

Though this resort is small, it is big in heart. The staff is on the whole, outstanding. My wife and have stayed here twice and soon will be here again for another three weeks. Understand something. This is not a five star resort, nor does it have all the amenites that you might expect. It does have however, the relaxed lifestyle, a fabulous beach without the mega resorts beside it. It has a great pool, great ambiance, a small store and great bars and restaurants all up and down the seven mile beach. The Negril Palms is right in the middle. I've never had a problem with the locals, day or night. If you want to eat at the resort itself, remember this is a small resort and because of that, they can't keep the kitchen open all day long. So if you want breakfast or lunch, pre order or you wait until the kitchen is fired up. The cooks are outstanding once the kitchen is up and rocking. Please don't let its small size dissuade you, it's an undisclosed paradise.

Awesome environment friendly staff. Rooms are nice and comfortable, there is a bar by the beach with access to a pool and the beach itself. They have an on property restaurant with good prices and very delicious food.

Friendly staff, great food. However hotel reservation was canceled more than once and it was not communicated to us. Also when ordering food from the restaurant be prepared to wait anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. The hotel room with cleaning and a decent size. However there was no dresser and the room so be repaired to leave all your clothes in your suitcase or hang them up. Overall I would not stay there again but I would probably eat there again.

Very cute place and we had a nice cottage in the back of the resort. Beach was amazing. People are complaining that the staff is rude but I had no issues. Beach was amazing. Had a nice restaurant next door with great fried fish. Beach was amazing. Will stay here again. Beach was amazing.

The hotel has a nice scenery and is on the beach within minutes. On the flip side the front desk/ lobby is more to be desired. Not to mention the staff that works at the desk are rude and not accommodating. While walking to the beach you have to go up on the pool deck which I got 3 splinters because the deck boards are coming up and not well sanded. The room is very basic although they did upgrade us for free, just wondering what the other room was like :/. When taking a shower water pressure was not good at all and every 3 minute cycle water would either be extremely cold or burning hot. We used a friends resort while hanging out and there's was not like that, but that's also a different resort. The life guard and Richard (bar tender) were amazing. They let you know about the island and what to watch out for. Restaurant food was ok at best and there staff was very slow and not customer service excellence. Small pool, no hot tub, no resort activities. Overall there is better out there in the seven mile beach for same or better pricing but if you do stay here I guess it's a place to lay your head.

I highly recommend this hotel for those who are looking for an intimate stay and quiet peaceful rest. The staff went above and beyond helping me with my wedding plans. the wedding ceremony was beautiful.

Good service. The staff is quite pleasant and helpful. The rooms were certainly not what I expected for $200 per night. Furniture was dated and in some disrepair. It looked like it was a room in someone's home and not a hotel. Water pressure was very low.

The staff are not genuinely nice. They are very robotic, and that too was shady. We ordered a jerk chicken meal. One tiny taste and I spit it out!!! THE FOOD IS HORRIBLE!!!!! I MEAN REAL BAD.The neat was like rubber, not tender and chewable. I tipped the front desk girl to have the cleaners TIDY up my room. I also tipped the cleanerURINE THAT WE MET IN THE BATHROOM AROUND THE TOILET WAS NEVER CLEANED.HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! last but not least, there is no phones in the rooms, so you have to walk up and down 2 flights and back just to speak with staff. ✌
