  I have had the worst experience at this facility. I decided to go because they were highly recommended so I called twice on Monday to verify the info, I can come for my ultrasound Monday to Friday from 8Am to 9Am i asked if I could come Tuesday she reiterated the info; and yes she had poor customer service. Please note someone was calling for me before that and they didnt answer the phone ONCE. Ok. Fine. But the truth was its 7:30 to 8:30 Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday something like that but the times were specifically 7:30-8:30 they give me the wrong information, and they had an evening session on Thursdays at 6Pm this info was totally omitted. I left all the way from Kingston because of the recommendation, I was there before 9 the receptionist is telling me they close off but I'm like I was told between 8-9 am she looked me straight in the face said YES then told me they were closed off with no more clarification, you can try pines she says and that was all the assistance I got. I left I could feel the pain in my stomach so I held my tongue, just wanting to go home. A second baby mother came and she left in a foul mood so I'm assuming she was misinformed as well or some other thing
  I'm not stopping them from being pretty but if that's why they were hired you need to revamp your staff! The pain and discomfort I was in is unacceptable I can not honestly recommend this facility. I was implored by my friend; the one who recommended me to them; try again so I will be back tomorrow MORNING and I swear any more issues and I want a supervisor SOMEONE who has sence.

  Was a great experience. I use to see Dr Dean, a very nice man, he gets to always understand and respond accordingly. He would be there and always made me fell comfy before getting down to business.

  i wouldnt reccommend anyone to go to this please !
  
  i went with my 6month old and he got a $8000 prescription bought everything just for him to get worst . my baby lost 8lbs within one week vomiting seem bloated ugggh i went back there asking for the doctor gonna hear that hes not coming back till friday i couldnt wait so ofcourse i told that she'd afto to let another doctor look at what he gave etc and do a check up again thias lady gonna tell me that i have to pay .ofc i refused to pay and i insisted that he was gonna get look after so she said fine since its not my fault its the docs fault been there for 3 hours and still couldnt get through ..my bby was fussing hungry not eating night was coming down so i said after church i'll comeback they gonna let me knw that its first come first serve they dont work off appointment .
