The doctors are amazing !! But the staff is disgusting called to find out about something and the receptionist keeps hanging up the phone in my ears , they have no customer service there !!!

I do therapy at the hospitals twice a week.very professional service. But there's one hitch though, most time theres no tissue in the public bathroom and its mostly smelly and untidy

It's amazing what some Jamaicans will put up with. They seem unaware that they can demand better regardless of income. Dr. Osbourne's waiting room looks like KPH waiting area which is disgusting!! The only thing that is probably done may be a mop is dragged along the floor with some disinfectant. Patients have to wait for hours on old, uncomfortable chairs. You would believe that Dr. Osbourne, who incidentally owns the medical complex, would have more respect for his patients by providing better waiting facilities with all the money he has been earning from patients and their insurance companies. His services are not cheap so patients deserve better!!

I give them 5 star cause I get I start treatment wen I go there. Because of them public hospital does not see me. This is were I get value for my money. Clean environment no long wait great customer service and great doctors.

A medical complex with no elevator for the elderly, disabled, or sick who needs to gain access to the 2nd floor. Makes no sense if the building can’t serve all people with medical needs.
