As long as you order before going service is good. Don't order at the place and then get upset when you have to wait. It takes 25mins to prepare!

The wait was a little bit lengthy but nothing compared to their neighbour KFC which must be the worst. Had the jerked chicken pasta and it was great 👍.

Pizza soo GOOD, the customer service below standard, just remembered I need to do the survey, very bad customer service.. And the wait time on the receipt was early, I mean I got mine 2 minutes before the "promised time" so that is also a plus.
whenever I need to remember how pizza is supposed to taste I go here.

The pizza taste good but the people working there are just terrible.. called to order a pizza for pickup and the person who answered the phone was laughing on the phone and talking to someone else the entire time and not an ounce of proper English!! Poor customer service over the phone

Attached to KFC Portmore it is super convenient to shop there. You can call to order and then pick up afterwards.

It's a trendy place especially for pizza lovers. The kids will love you for taking the time to take them there.

There are accessible restrooms either there or in the KFC area. As usual, cash or card can be used.

I literally live max 15 minutes from this place. My order was delivered exactly 2 hours after I called it in !!! If there was a rating less than 1 I'd give it. I was initially told 1 hr until delivery which I thought was extreme but alright. An hour passes and I call back. The girl giggles and says oh she was just about to call me. So she says oh the driver WILL BE going out with your order now and gives a sap story about there's only one delivery man. Cool. 30 mins pass again and I call back and someone hands over the phone while saying "calm her down and explain what's going on to her". 30 mins more and the pizza arrives. RIDICULOUS !!!!!! They wanted to offer me an extra cheesy bread! 2 hours? I don't want more food girl! Kmt. There should legit be a policy, I wait more than an hour and it's free. You'd see how fast that food reach kmt

Worse place ever to do business with.. they normally tell u the pizza will be delivered in 45 mins and that's never the case all over an hour but I always look pass that next thing I always pay with a card and they are always told before delivery that payment will be with a card so take the card machine 3 occasions the rider came and the card machine is dead very inconvenient for me the customer but what really drove me up the wall is tonight April 2nd 2017 at 8 pm I made an order at 8pm eastern time where the young man that answered may have thought it's one a him **parrie** him talking to when I ask to change the original delivery address to the location that I was at the time which is even closer to the restaurant like 5 minutes away he didn't mute the or put me on hold to listen elevator music he just said ^^ole on deh.. kerry! Kerry! Da bredda yah wah change him address come look pon diss deh!^^ poor poor poor anyhow I wasted for over an hour till my friends decided that we should just go on the road to get some food I said no let me call them first so I called a again then a female answered so I asked I made an order under the account name and was told a 35 mins delivery it's over an hour now and nothing what's going on she then said like the previous person ^^ hey wah unnu sey a gwaan fi tom Jones food eee wah u sey!? Ohh alright^^^she said to me that the rider came and didn't see anyone so he came back and went home.so I said that's complete madness the house is on the main and we were sitting on the veranda how could he not see anyone and non of us saw him!? And even so why didn't anyone call and say the rider is outside? Or that the rider came back to base so we will have to come get it poor poor poor poor I will never ever work with them again not another dollar not even the one at Liguanea I will go anymore the good will suffer for the bad..

This is the worse customer/delivery service I have ever experienced. 2 1/2 hrs and still waitingwhen I call to check on the order status..alas! No response! The girl that answered the phone initially was also rude and abrupt. It baffles the mind that an established restaurant chain such as Pizza Hut only saw it fit to hire ONE delivery man..what with unemployment being what it is in this country! No desire at all is seen on their part to improve either, as this is not/will be the only complaint re the same issues.

Horrible horrible wait time!!! It's two hours and still haven't delivered as yet! So terrible! I called back and she said the driver didn't return from his last delivery! Like wtf! Only one delivery man?? This is total foolishness terrible service here!!! Should've went along with dominos pizza which I would only have to wait 30mins. I never had a problem with dominos yet!!
