Love that it is open late and the food is freshly made but I'm always disappointed by the grill chicken wrap which is 70% Lettuce and 30% chicken.

My experience was very bad. First of all they didn’t even greet me when I walked in , the cashier just stared at me and waited on me to talk first. I ordered the Beef Kebab and I told her NO TOMATOES! I repeated this two 2 times. I went home and was ready to eat my sandwich and lo and behold when I bit my sandwich there were tomatos. Smh! WORST THING.

Customer service is great. The food is great. The environment is great. The prices are a little bit over the line but otherwise fair.

Empty parking lot, that's a bad sign. walked in doorbell rang, cashier barely budged didn't even smile. Many options in menu so I asked for help. I said "hi, what do you have with bacon" her dry response was "egg". I was hungry so I purchased a slider combo. She didn't utter a word. Service is slow so I'm glancing around the room only to see a slider special called "Texas slider" which appears to have bacon. She's no longer cashier now she's sorting pickles. I asked her "what's on the Texas slider?" she replies bacon. upset now I said: why didn't you tell me about it?" she replies "guess it didn't cross my mind". so I asked her to change it from the slider combo to the Texas. she peers over her glasses and comes back to the cash register. I'm prepared to pay the extra with money in my hand, she fiddles with her cashier screen for what feels like five minutes, THEN disappears and reappears with a calculator. eventually she tells me the difference and after what feels like an eternity she produces my change I wait again I go outside and sit and wait. she appears from around a dark alley with my food and places it on the table and turns to walk away. I asked what about my drink she replies "that's on the inside" So I got up, walkies inside, had to help myself to a cup and fill it at the soda machine. I then had to help myself by precariously reach in over a glass separator to retrieve a cover and straw. Returning to my food. I dig in. the fries were oversalted. the meat was over cooked almost burnt. and anyone who knows pitagrill knows that the slider is the smallest bun known to mankind, not much bigger than a watchface, I couldn't finish it. it was horrible. I chucked everything in the bin and left with my coke, that's how bad my experience was.

Convenient if you need to grab a bite at an odd hour, since they are a 24 hours spot. Otherwise, the food isn't anything special, the service needs a bit work, and items are pricey.

The food is delicious, although for a wraps, sub, slider etc type of menu, their prices are moderately expensive

They have a reward programme that keeps me earning free food. Price could be better but they are 24 hour so I guess you pay for convenience.
Parking is not great, especially on holidays and weekends it gets challenging to find a parking space.
    Staff is courteous and helpful.

It is a little pricy but for the reason. You cannot get same taste and flavor in other area of the town. The parking may be a little challenging at holidays or some special seasons.
