Real peaceful and quiet community
I loved staying here. Clean. Well maintained property inside and out. The air conditioning in the master suite (#1) is slightly less than dependable but livable.

Pleasant house located in hills above Montego Bay. A little difficult to locate the first time or two, but within very short driving distance to Montego Bay and the airport.
We stayed for 8 days with my extended family (14 people) and never felt cramped for space. There are 3 bedrooms. 2 have private bathrooms with showers/bath and 1 bedroom shares a full bathroom with the living area.
The neighborhood is very quiet. We were there over one of Jamaica's major holidays and heard very little commotion. Neighbors are all friendly. The house is located along a short cul-de-sac and see's very little traffic. The main road is only a short distance (couple hundred feet) from the main gate and sees more traffic, but even this was not at all intrusive and barely heard once inside the house. Definitely quiet and peaceful.
Our main complaints were the electricity was off our first evening. It was a problem with the utility company and resolved before morning. The water also stopped, but thankfully the house has a water storage tank and we were able to survive until the utility repaired that issue as well. We were less than impressed with the overall cleanliness of the kitchen upon arrival.
If this is your first visit to Jamaica or have a limited amount of time, you may be better off staying a little closer to town, but if you've been in country before or are staying for more than a week, this house will serve you very well.
